How much is she willing to risk for a forbidden fantasy?
Though Bella Carper has crushed on Justin and Ned since her first day on the job, she's smart enough to know a ménage with her hot bosses is probably number one on the list of workplace no-nos. But a frigid genius wouldn't say no to their exceptionally tempting offer -- a no-holds-barred night of wicked fantasies at a local sex club.
Justin and Ned believe in propriety in the workplace, but falling for their sexy graphic artist has blurred the line between professional and personal. These Big Easy men might surprise their small-town girl with their bedroom habits. But the biggest shock could come the morning after...when Bella discovers what they really want.

Full Position had no narrative structure whatsoever. It did not resemble a novel in the slightest. It was like I was accidentally sold the author’s hastily scribbled notes on the book instead of the actual book.
I'm kind of insulted by how little forethought seemed to go into writing this book. I only paid three dollars for it, but I still feel that it was a waste of money. A cup of coffee would’ve been more satisfying than this read.
I hate stories where the male lead/s manipulate the female lead.
And that was what this was, just one long manipulation by the male leads where they withheld info from, deceived, outright lied to, bullied and both emotionally and sexually coerced the female lead in order to get what they wanted.
There was no trust, no respect, no honesty, no communication and no informed consent.
And certainly no love because trust and respect are integral parts of love.
It wasn't romantic, it wasn't hot, it was an abuse of power that skirted the line of straight up abuse. They were basically two older, sophisticated, experienced men taking advantage of a much-younger small-town girl's naiveté to force her to fall in line with their plans.
And that made the smut sickening.
(We won't even go into the other disturbing part where the three have been working and socializing together for six years, including easily discussing other lovers with each other, and the men only became sexually attracted to her when they realized she reacted submissively to them.)
It would have been a much better story if the male leads had, at the least, been upfront and honest with the female lead about their desire to introduce her to BDSM as a submissive partner. I mean the door was right frickin' there due to her complaining about passive lovers.
Then they could have responsibly discussed safety, desires, fantasies, limits, boundaries, ect, creating and demonstrating trust, respect, honesty, communication, informed consent and caring which would have made the sex scenes romantic and hot instead of one big calculating scheme on the part of the male leads.
Then the male leads' even more grossly inappropriate and disrespectful behavior in the last fourth of the story could have been dispensed with and replaced with something more mutual and satisfying.
Full Position is a scorching hot contemporary romance by Mari Carr. This is a fairly quick read also a M/F/M menage, so it may not be everyone's cup of tea. Ms. Carr has delivered a book that is well-written and loaded with fantastic characters. Bella has had a crush on Justin and Ned since she first started working for them. Justin and Ned have kept their relationship with Bella as friends and coworkers...until they don't. Justin, Ned and Bella's story is packed with drama, laugh-out-loud humor and a heat level that may melt your e-readers. I enjoyed reading this book and look forward to my next book by Mari Carr. Full Position is book 3 of the Big Easy Series but can be read as a standalone. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.
Bella has her dream job, one she really loves. The big problem, she is crushing on her bosses Justin & Ned. She knows better then to mess up a good thing by acting on it though. Will she be able to say no when they offer her the best night of her life? A night at the local BDSM club with them. After one night, will she be able to handle what they are offering her next? This was a great short ménage story, with more insight into the Lewis family. Check it out today!
Love Carr's style of writing but this wasn't my favorite. Something about Justin and Ned's style of persuasion left me cold, which is weird because I've enjoyed this kind of story before. May be just my own distraction that kept me from really enjoying this title. Won't keep me from reading more of this author's work.
A menage is a beautiful thing, allowing ones self to explore a menage with your beautiful bosses maybe not so beautiful. Yet this book is a sweet story that reminds us to live life to the fullest and to follow your heart, even of its with two men.
. Ned and Justin want a relationship with Bella and she is reluctant for many reasons. The men try their hardest to change her mind. I enjoyed this story and the dynamics between the characters. I look forward to reading the rest of the books in this series.
Does reality ever exceed the fantasy? In this story it does. Take a trip down to the big East and explore the crossing of the lines between personal and professional. I will definitely check out the rest of the series.

These 1st 3 novellas were way too slim. Each of them needed at least 3 more chapters each and Carr didn't come into her own worth the heat until Wilder Irish. So no more early discount books. They're boring.
Ned & Justin are partners in a marketing company & friends from college. They employ Bella, a graphic artist, & now a BFF. Both Ned & Justin are Doms in bed (!) so they take Bella to their BDSM club to show her how they can fulfill her fantasies :)
This is a quick office menage. Bella has lusted after her two bosses but everything is professional until they decide the want more. They don't give her a lot of choice in the matter, but they do get to an HEA.
It was a interesting premise but had little character development but there could have been. Also, it had a poor ending. The story idea had such potential.
The Premise The third book in the Big Easy series by Ms. Carr, Bella Carper has crushed on Justin and Ned since her first day on the job, but she’s vowed that she would never act on it. But when Justin and Ned offer a no holds barred night at their BDSM club, Bella has trouble fighting her feelings and reaching for what she wants.
The Good I didn’t know that this was the third book in a series, but it didn’t hinder my enjoyment. Ned and Justin are hot and the menage scenes are sexy. This is a novella, but the setup is done in a way that I could buy into their ongoing attraction and there’s enough detail to at least set up their spectacular little one nighter.
The Bad The story is short, and as a result, there’s not alot of character development. The plot’s pretty thin and Bella’s protests were irritating after a while, though understandable.
The Bottom Line If you’re into menage stories, and just want a real quick read, this works. I would check out more from Ms. Carr in the future.
I loved this book as well as the others in the series but again wanted more maybe I'm just greedy but yet another 5 star book but only given 4 stars. Justin Lewis is funny sexy and domineering when he sees fit he is also git a best friend Ned who is domineering sexy as sin and all they are looking for is a woman to share they think they have one a colleague and friend of 6 yrs she is intrigued but doesn't want to ruin what she has so they set out to woo her and make her fantasies come true
I had only, and still have, one wish for the book. I wish it had been longer. I always hate to see a book of Mari Carr's end but especially this one. I enjoyed the story line as much or more than the heat. I haven't read the other books in this series, yet, but hope this isn't the last time we see these three.
