May 12, 2014Fighting To Stay stopped reading, but if I had to rate it...1 star. No really character development. The H/h are just thrown together after a menage with a club whore as the third...made no sense. The author gives us no read reason for them to be together. The concept is there but the execution of the story stinks... next.

MC HEAVEN
What a great box set of MC romances. This is one of my favourite genres. There are six stories here, and at the time I downloaded this set it was at a real bargain price. It also gave me an introduction to some new author's work. If you've not tried MC books before this is a good way to go. Brilliant set that I happily recommend with some bad boy bikers.

HOLY SMOKING HOT I just finish reading the clubhouse collection, and let me just say that these Author did an AMAZING job with this books, this will be a long review since I wrote a review for each book.
BOOK 1 Fighting To Stay by Kasey Millstead
Wow I just finish reading this book, and I have to say that I love it, love the characters and how the book turn out to bee, I am gone keep this short since I don't want to give anything away.
The story begging with Lacey, she had a strict childhood growing up, her father act one way outside the house, and a different way when he was home, at home he was abused he hit Lacey mother, into one night her mother when into her room, and had her made a promise, she told Lacey that when things get ruff to run just run, Lacey promise her mother that she will do that, when Lacey found a boyfriend and he hit her she took off, that's when she call he best friend Jenn, now she is in the small town where Jenn leaves, that's how she end up meeting Roam. Roam is the Vice President of the Mayhem Motorcycle Club, she had never felt so alive as the way she feel with him, but what they both did not expected was for their life change.
I really love and enjoy this book, I love how Roam and Lacey are with each other, love how Roam treat her, and love it how Lacey is fighting to stay and ignore the urge to run, I love the chemistry they have with each other, and the Sex Scene are Hot.
If you haven't read this book get to it
BOOK 2 Storm by Nina Levine
wow I love it, love the characters, and love how the book turn out to be, I have to say though that this book got me mad in some part, and got me almost crying in other parts, but I love every single minute of it, I m gone keep this short since I don't want to give anything away.
The story begging with Madison, she grow up in a MC family, her father is the president and her brother is the VP, everything was going good she was with the love of her life Jason (A.K.A)J, until one night she was attack, that's when she new how fat the MC would go, that's when her world turn up side down, Now two years later she had got her life on track, she had grown up more mature, she has a good job and greats friends, but all that change the moment that she got a call from her brother, telling her that she needed to get back home, when she refuse to go he send her the only man that knew that could bring her back, J show up at the restaurant that she was at, and that's when they both knew that the feelings they had for each other is still their, and its growing even more stronger, that's how Madison know that her world once again will be turn up side down.
I love how J and Madison act with each other, love the chemistry that they have, and the way they argue with each other and the Sex Scene Are HOT I just love the book.

Wow Holy Smoke I just finish reading this book, and I have to say what took me so long to read it, I love it, love the characters, and love how the book turn out to be, I am gone keep this short since I don't want to give anything away.
The story begging with Meadow, after her father got shot he gave her something to deliver, he left her on a mission, she promise him that she would make that deliver, now for the last year she has being on the run, running for the man that she once admire when she was young, now that man has catch up to her, and he wants what she got but she is not gone give it up that easy.
Axel had carried for Meadow once, but after what he when through he turn cold, he is the president of the Angels in Leather MC, and he is determined to catch Meadow and take what he wants from her, but what he was not expecting one he catch her was to have the feelings that he did. After he got Meadow on a Lock and chain, he tried everything to get her talking to give up the information that he wanted, but during that time they couldn't explain what they where feeling for each other.
I love it how Meadow stood up to Axel, and how she fought him all the time, love the banter and the fight that they gave each other, love it how Axel started to care for her, and how he started to open up to her, love it how Meadow love and accept him how he is,
I really love and enjoy reading this book, and I have to say that the Sex Scene are just Hot, I love the way this author write.

O.M.F.G Wow I just finish reading this book, and I love it love it, love the characters, love how the book turn out to be, this book had me laughing through the entire thing, I couldn't put the book, and I couldn't stop laughing, love the way how the characters think, and how they say what ever they thinking love it, I am gone keep this short.
The story begging with Zara, she has a six year old daughter Maya, she works in a PI office and he live right across the street from the Hawks Motorcycle Club. Six years go she left her husband after he beat her, her best friend Deanna (A.K.A.) Hell Mouth help her get out, she move in with her, now he finally got her own place the first time that she move in to her house, her daughter couldn't sleep cause of the loud music coming from next door, that' when she when to tell them to hush, that was the first time that she saw and met Talon Marcus, the president of the Hawks MC, for the last two years they had both check each other outs, and felt the chemistry and now when they finally know their feeling for each other, Zara get news that turn her world up side down.
I love how Zara and Talon are with each other, love how Talon claim her and let everyone know about it, love it how he takes control, and love it how Zara is always saying the opposite of him, love the chemistry they have with each other, and love it how they are with the kids I just love the book.
I really love and enjoy this book, I love the way this Author write, and how she has a way with words.

The story begging with Ana, she is a nineteen year old girl, that all she ever wanted was to move away from her small town Sugartown. But all she could do is just dream about it, since she is stuck their and running her mother baker shop, and she does all the pie, she works with her best friend Holly, her father own the bike shop across the street, and she take care of her little brother, one after noon while she is talking to her friend, that's when she hear the bike, that's when the Sexy Hot Hunk of Elijah show up in town, and that's when their world is get turn up side down.
Elijah had being running from his past for the last couple of years, and he don't want to end up with the wrong crow again, that's how he find himself in the small town of Sugartown, and that's when he saw Ana he knew she was different, and he would do everything he could to get her under his body and in his bed, but what he was not expecting for was to fall hard for her.
I love how Ana and Elijah are with each other, I love it how he will do everything and anything he can to protect her, I just love the book and cant wait to read more of the series.

Wow I just finish reading this book, I love it, love the characters, this is a short quick story, this is the story of how Jada and Ryder met, and it will tell you more of what Ryder when through while growing up, and how he end up with the Scorpio Stinger MC, it will also tell you more about Jada and what type of man she is looking for.
When Ryder show up at the agency looking to rent the house that he wanted, Jada was a no go to, she kept on judging him just cause of the way he look, Ryder did not care about that he just wanted to make the deposit down on the house in cash, but Jada wanted him to feel out some papers, that's when her uncle show up and took over it, that's when Jada and Ryder knew that their world was about to change.
I really love and enjoy reading this book, now I cant wait to read more about Jada and Ryder.

Oh boy, my toes are still turning. All these biker stories are great. There were three of them that I have read before but enjoyed them just as much or even better again. Bikers are my favorite as well as werewolves. All these authors

I have read 3 of the 6 stories in this book so far & I have thoroughly enjoyed each one.
Fighting to Stay: This is the story of Roam & Lacey. Lacey grew up in a very abusive home & had always promised her abused mother that she would run whenever things got bad & so she did. That’s how she ended up in Salt Rock, Alabama. There she meets Roam Cooper & they fall in love. Life seems to be going pretty good & they move in together & have a baby but then something happens that triggers all of Lacey’s old insecurities & she runs again. It takes a while but Roam finally finds Lacey & his daughter.
I really liked this book & am looking forward to reading more by Kasey Millstead. This a stand-alone HEA MC book. No cliff hanger. I hope Ms. Millstead decides to write more books about the Mayhem MC.
Storm: This book was fantastic. The main characters were strong but not overbearing. Madison was broken but after leaving everything she knows found the strength to rebuild her life. J gave up the woman he loved when she needed him most to protect her. It’s been two long years & J has been sent to bring Madison home.
J has never stopped loving Madison and when she sees him again she realizes that there might still be something there. Can they find their way back to the love they once had, can they make their way past all the things still in their way.
I saw some very negative reviews for this book & I can’t figure out what book they were reading because it couldn’t have been reading the same one I just finished. I loved it & will be buying Fierce soon. And I am looking forward to reading everything Nina Levine writes.
Ryder: This book is hot!!! I LOVE Jade is one smart, classy lady who doesn't take flack off of anyone! I love her spunk. Ryder is a tough VP of an outlaw MC. Can't wait for the sequel! And this book ties in with Ms. Kay's Thunderbird series, so if you've read Lost in Paris you are going to want to follow this series. But this book is definitely not for the faint of heart. It is dirty, gritty, sexy fun!!!

The only really good book was Bella Jewel's 'Angels in leather' that was a 4 star read for me can't wait to read the next book in that series, I didn't like how the ending was rushed but overall it was a good book.
Fighting to stay by Kasey Millstead started out great and then quickly went to shit that was a three Star read.
Storm by Nina Levine was a big eye roll two star read.
Holding out by Lila Rose was meh not bad but not great, I felt like the author was he really inspired by Kristen Ashley and didn't quit pull off the same KA feel and just made me roll my eyes at the heroine who was the most obnoxious heroine ever but I'm very exited to read the second book in the series and I hope it's as awesome as it sounds.

Ryder by Jani Kay first paragraph and I wanted to give up the heroine was so rude me obnoxious didn't make it past the first chapter DNF.
Fighting to stay by Kasey Millstead started out great and then quickly went to shit that was a three Star read.
Storm by Nina Levine was a big eye roll two star read.
Holding out by Lila Rose was meh not bad but not great, I felt like the author was he really inspired by Kristen Ashley and didn't quit pull off the same KA feel and just made me roll my eyes at the heroine who was the most obnoxious heroine ever but I'm very exited to read the second book in the series and I hope it's as awesome as it sounds.

Oh my goodness...this box set contained SIX...yes SIX of the sexiest biker books around...and I have already purchased, read and reviewed each one individually. Although they are no longer available all together in one place, let me tell you these are not cheap little novellas with pitiful storylines... nope, these are full length and absolutely riveting stories of MC members and their women and what happens when they connect on all levels...sexual, spiritual and deeply personal.
I loved each and every book in this collection and you will too! Worth it to find them and buy each one and I think some are only 99 cents on Amazon right now.

6 full length biker stories for 99c / 77p - come on that's unbelievable value for money although it did end up costing me more because I went on to download other books from some of the authors which each cost more than this box set!
I had previously read one of the books in the set - Storm by Nina Levine - but the others (and their authors for that matter) were all new to me.
If you like you men to be hot, alpha, tattooed, biker hunks then this set really is worth it, especially considering that each author has their very own individual style from deep, dark and moody through to laughing out loud so hard my husband had to ask what the heck I was reading!
Even if the price was to go up this set is really too good to not get!

I heard about this boxed set on the Dear Author blog in their daily deals. I figured for the price, why not? From a group of Australian authors, the set was well worth the 99 cent special price. Like most anthologies, it is an uneven set but overall an interesting read. While there were some typos, editing, and formatting errors for the most part, it was done well. Of particular note are the books ANGEL IN LEATHER by Bella Jewel, WELCOME TO SUGARTOWN by Carmen Jenner, and HOLDING OUT by Lila Rose. If there were 1/2 stars in Goodreads, this one would be a 3.5.

This was a long read but worth it . i discovered a few new
authors and I am hoping they follow with more to the stories
that was in this box set !!! It's a must have for MC lovers really

Tattoos. Sex. Harley's. Bad boys. Drama. Sex. Passion. Yes please! All of these books were hard to put down. It was all one crazy ride, and I'm so glad I got to be a part of it. From the sexy bad ass bikers to the innocent women and all the shit in between, there was never a dull moment. Let's face it, sometimes we all just want to be told what to do and how to do it.

Might of hated book 1, all the rest definitely made up for me enjoying this box set. I even bought a couple of book 2's because I loved those first books inside this set. I'm now looking into another book 2, if it's available & not too expensive. Most of these writers are out of this world!!!!!! I hope my next box set of Aussie writers is as good as this one has ended up being!

Great collection of books. I already owned all but 2 of them when I got this collection but it was worth it just for the 2 I didn't have. I liked all the books in this collection really well except for Angels in Leather. It was just a ok read where as all the rest were very good reads. This collection is worth the money. Rated great read

I had read half of the books before but thoroughly enjoyed reading them again. Like the first time, reading them again did not disappoint. I really liked the new authors I read in this book too, loved their stories just as well. Can't wait to see more from all if these authors.

Amazing collaboration of brilliant Mc authors. Think I just need to invite all the sexy bad ass bikers for a close gathering, with just me! Hot hot hot...all stories were unique to me and I'm chomping at the bit for more of each one.

This is an amazing collection of MC stories. It brings together a wonderful range of beautiful biker books. If you have never ride a motorcycle club book. This is a good way to try. I highly recommend this book before it is gone.

Amazing anthology featuring great authors
I read all of the books in the Born to Ride Anthology in just about a week. each book was unique but all were equally amazing with great characters and were written by great authors.

I love it when authors come together to deliver us stories that we may not have read or heard of. Or in my case had the pleasure of reading a new author who I haven't heard of before but will definitely be reading more of. Plus for the price why wouldn't ya one click it.

Book 6 Ryder (Scorpio Stinger MC 0.5) Started a little slow for me, but boy when if picked up- hot damn. I want Ryder to talk dirty to me.
