This is a great book to read for anyone who is new learning about wholesaling real estate. This book helps reiterate an important concept of only calling on properties that look like they need work and would be a fixer upper. In addition, this book along with If You Can't Wholesale After This: I've Got Nothing For You..by Todd Fleming is also another good book to read for beginners.

It took me a while to get back to the book. Some parts were very helpful and beneficial even for a new person considering real estate, but still not fully clear to me. I guess some things are easier for others to get it. It also focused on coaching others and their sales, profit, and original sale price. The ending chapters were better, contractual agreements, not selling the property but contracts. Quite a bit to grasp for my normal tastes.

Easy and fun read about wholesale real estate. I learned about some things in real estate that I didn't know before. I didn't know you can sell a contract. I also like the idea of confirming how the buyer will finance the purchase.

This is a great book for anyone getting into the world of real estate wholesaling. It was easy to read and flowed easily. Than gave some great tips on how to own and operate a new wholesale business. The book most definitely deservers a thumbs up.
