⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Gallagher is THE QUEEN of s3xual-tension-filled page turners! I swear it. Her books get hotter and hotter." –Elodie Hart, author of the booktok bestselling 'Alchemy' series.

I’m a psych graduate turned glamour model, but it’s not as glamorous as it sounds when I’ve got a stalker leaving black calla lilies in my bedroom with little love notes that say, “I’m coming for you.”

Cue my worst needing a bodyguard. But not just any bodyguard—Killian Beckett, the infuriating CEO of a global security empire, former soldier, and certified grouch.

Killian’s all hard muscle, military precision, and absolutely zero charm. The guy radiates disapproval—of my job, my dates, my wardrobe. You name it, he’s judging it.

Unfortunately, Mr Control Freak also looks like he was sculpted by the gods, and smells like temptation itself.

Sleeping with my bodyguard?

Bad idea.

Falling for him?

Absolutely fatal.

Babysitting a spoiled celebrity wasn’t how I planned on spending my days, but when it comes to Avery Williams, I can’t say no, even if she’s trouble wrapped in taffeta.

Avery is everything I can’t reckless, loud, and she lives for attention. Day and night, her smart mouth tests my patience, and her curves increasingly test my control.

I don’t even like the woman, but my God, do I want her. But I can’t cross that line. Instead, I watch, I wait, and I fight—both the outside threats and the escalating pull between us.

But the battlefield I learned to survive on is nothing compared to the war Avery stirs up inside me.

Getting involved with a client is the ultimate risk in my world, but when it comes to her, I’ll risk it all.

Even if it ruins me…

I loved this book. The plot was never not interesting and Killian is the perfect book boyfriend. I didn’t like how we kind of glazed over Killians big revelation and didn’t get his thoughts on how that event affected him. It was also just like flat out corny at times. But in general, I loved!!!

I’m sensing a pattern with LA Gallagher- no long drawn out 3rd act breakup, no miscommunication, and characters who give their partner the benefit of the doubt when conflict arises. Refreshing.

I’ve been looking forward to Killian’s book since reading Wreck Me. I knew the moody broody mysteriously closed off Beckett brother would have a good story. When I saw his FMC was going to be Avery I laughed out loud. The two are the epitome of opposites attract. Avery, as expected, brought all the chaotic energy, the one liners and the sass. I enjoyed seeing a bit of her vulnerable side as her stalker continued to go slip through the cracks. The fact that it was someone so close to her blindsided me but leave it to Killian to be a step ahead.

Speaking of Killian….Little did we know he’d actually been holding a candle for her this entire time. Never would have figured since up until now he’s only communicated in single worded grunts.
Avery truly broke this man down in the best of ways. Her acceptance of him and the events surrounding Sarah was exactly what he needed for the last of his walls to crumble.

The Beckett brothers have won me over. Can’t believe we have to wait until November for the mysterious Sean’s book.

This book was another TikTok recommendation fail. This author plagiarized so many lines from other books, mainly 50 Shades, I will never understand how authors get away with this. The writing was SO repetitive. Every spicy scene was the exact same description. The plot was also ripped off from another book I read three years ago. Just lazy. Skip.

I love the Beckett Brothers! What’s not to love about obsessive/possessive Irish bad boy billionaires? Avery is best friend and maid of honor for Scarlett’s wedding to James and Killian is his brother’s best man. Killian isn’t one for attention or social gatherings, he’d rather be in the shadows. Avery is the life of the party, lives in the spotlight as a glamour model, but it’s not as glamours as it seems. When she has too much champagne at the wedding, Killian takes her back to her room and finds a black Cala Lilly with a note left for her. He can’t figure out how someone left it and his men didn’t see anything, which should be impossible. Avery admits she’s gotten a few before, but she gets gifts a notes all the time and they’ve never been threatening. He decides he’ll catch her stalker and protect her until he does. Avery has always been attracted to Killian and when they are forced together she tests his control. His control starts to slip and he says just this one time, nothing more, but who is he convincing? Her or Himself? He has her stay with him because his penthouse is more secure. Killian is beyond frustrated because of his growing feelings for Avery and that he can’t find her stalker. He is proving to be smarter and more elusive that a typical stalker. The additional pov of her stalker named The Watcher, added more mystery to the story and had me guessing who it could be. Avery admits to Killian she doesn’t want to always be a glamour model and that’s why her interview in San Francisco is so important. This changes everything for Killian, he’s too possessive to ever share her with the world and with this new information he finally admits to Avery his feelings. Everything comes to a head on Christmas, but Killian realizes the identity of the stalker too late and Avery is taken. It was a shocking and emotional ending, but after a bumpy road they find their happy ending. The banter between these too was so fun, the way Avery pushes Killian’s buttons had me giggling. I would consider this a slower burn romance, but the build up is epic and gets hotter each time until they combust. LA Gallagher’s Beckett Brothers series is one you do not want to miss out on.

I knew from 25% in that this book was going to grip me—the sexual tension between Killian and Avery was off the charts. Hot damn, this tension was thick enough to cut with a knife.

While it wasn’t quite as spicy as I expected, the build-up and chemistry more than made up for it. I’m obsessed with how LA Gallagher avoids third-act breakups—it makes the romance so much more satisfying. The grumpy/sunshine dynamic between Killian and Avery was perfection, and the added layer of mystery kept me turning the pages.

An excellent read, and now I’m counting down the days until we get the other two brothers’ stories.

Ruin Me is the third instalment of The Beckett Brothers series by L.A. Gallagher… and it just blew me away with the fantastic plot line, creative narrative, relentless fast paced, action packed momentum and the well crafted, wonderful characters! Not to mention the sexual tension…Pure brilliance.

The audio experience was everything you could possibly want! Joe Arden’s pure talent speaks volumes throughout his entirely unique and immaculate performance. His Irish accent is utterly flawless and the intensity and emotional depth of all the diverse characters is truly incredible! A phenomenal actor and inspirational performance as always!

K.C. Sheridan was amazing! Her performance as Avery was absolutely brilliant, she is a true talent. I love her ability to elevate the characters which she voiced and her skill in portraying Avery’s depth of character, character development and inner strength! A new voice actor for me that I will definitely want to hear more from!

This book is a masterpiece of drama and tension. I loved the suspense and emotion portrayed by our amazing cast. A work of genius by the amazing author L.A. Gallagher. She has quickly become a favourite of mine through this series. I absolutely love the Beckett Brothers…

Quotes:

“You make me do things I'd never have dreamed of.' Like what?' Like contemplate putting a ring on your finger and a baby in your belly?”

“Reckless is watching life from the sidelines because you're too afraid to enjoy it. Reckless is assuming there's always going to be a tomorrow. Reckless is dying without having fully lived.”

I’m afraid of finding something that I never wanted, or looked for. Of stumbling across the one thing that I've actively avoided. Love. And I can't love something-someone who will never truly be mine.' He stands then and storms out of the room.

I might not be boyfriend material, but Avery Williams is wife material. It's official.

hot bodyguard love story?! Yes please!

Ruin Me
By: LA Gallagher

“The Beckett brothers are notoriously possessive of their women, a trait which should raise serious concern yet oddly, I find hot as f***.”

“Because the last woman who called me Daddy ended up getting spanked so hard she couldn’t sit down for a week. Now move.”

“If only she knew the truth. I’m cold towards her because she stokes a fire in me that could burn down my world. The woman could ruin me, and despite her fancy f***ing doctorate in psychology, she has no f***ing clue.”

Take the movie The Bodyguard, make it X-Rated and you get Killian and Avery’s story. It’s so freaking hot! The sexual tension between these two, the battle for Killian to protect Avery and to claim her as his own is hot. The mystery surrounding who Avery’s stalker is, it all adds to a spicy, addicting read!

There are few tropes I love more than a bodyguard romance and this one completely hit the mark for me!

Bodyguard romance
Forced proximity
Enemies to lovers
Billionaire romance

Killian is grumpy and broody and just an all around grump, especially around Avery. The one woman he wants, but knows he can never have.

Avery is the woman I want to be. She is so free and comfortable with who she is. This woman is topless 50% of the book and I just loved that for her, especially with how much it taunted Killian!

This book is full of spicy moments - boy oh boy were they spicy!

K.C. Sheridan & Joe Arden do a fantastic job voicing these characters in duet narration. Their voices brought a whole new level of feelings to this book!

Yes. This ALC was yes.

If you like a yearning moment this is your sign bc the way I was sat was stunning. I was jaw on the ground kicking my feet bc the amount of attire this MMC is ripping off our FMC.... it's a shock really she has any clothing left in the closet.

For the daddy girlies. I know you're out there.

Ruin Me by LA Gallagher is the 3rd book in the Beckett Brothers series and features Killian, the stoic brother whose focus is on the security end of the Beckett kingdom in Dublin, Ireland. It also features Avery, whom we first met in book one, when she was a dancer at the same club as Scarlett (the FMC from book 1, Wreck Me). But Avery is now a glamour model whose face and body are featured on magazines and websites all over the world, and along with everything else that high profile job entails, she’s acquired a stalker. And even though Killian Beckett seems to not enjoy being around her AT ALL, it’s up to him to keep her safe.
And ooops, maybe fall for her along the way?
We all know where it’s going but LA Gallagher still manages to bring some freshness to the falling-for-my-bodyguard trope. It’s clear that Killian is not a saint by any means, but Avery sees through all the darkness to the man beneath and it’s a beautiful thing to behold. Avery keeps the grumpy bodyguard absolutely on his toes at every turn and it’s honestly so much fun.
It’s also quite spicy, which I am, and always will be, a fan of. And the thread of suspense that runs through the book is skillfully done and not too much for someone like me, who’s not a fan of suspense. It was just enough to keep me turning the page but not enough to cause my brain to start imagining boogeymen everywhere.
After thoroughly enjoying the first two books in this series, it was so nice to see Avery and Killian, two very much opposite personalities, earn their HEA.
And for now, Killian *might* be my favorite Beckett, but time will tell if he maintains that position.

Ruin Me is the third installment in the Beckett Brothers series and one of the most fun listens I’ve had all year. If you love dark romance, bodyguards, forced proximity, top tier banter and plenty of scorching spice Ruin Me is for you!

K.C. Sheridan and Joe Arden narrate as Avery and Killian. These two sound so good together and everything is perfection down to the accents. The constant will they/wont they and biting banter between these two will keep you on your toes and have you rooting for Killian and Avery to find their happily ever after.

I don't think this one was quite as good as the last one, but Killian has been my favourite Beckett brother so far, so it's still a 4 star read for me. The plot with this one had a little more going on than the last couple as well so that was more engaging, I just feel like there was a point about halfway / three quarters of the way through that it felt a bit repetitive and like it was dragging a little. Still recommend and definitely worth the read!

When a flirtatious model has a stalker, and the best man for the job is her best friend's brother-in-law, that would be a lucky break, right?

The problem is they get on like fire and water, and Killian Beckett is so cold it's like frostbite. A former soldier, CEO of his own security company, billionaire from his family's legacy, and drop-dead gorgeous. He treats Avery Williams like she has a disease. Her entertainment for the week during her best friend's destination wedding is taunting Killian as much as possible to get under his skin. The man is not normal, not even to his family. Always serious, always working, even during the wedding, and he's the best man. She has never hated a man as much as she has wanted them as she does for Killian. For someone who despises her so much, he is quick to scare off any potential hookups she might have during this trip.

Avery doesn't understand why all men want her, but Killian avoids any flirtation or advances she makes toward him. The more he pushes away, the more she wants to edge him on. What she doesn't know is that it is silently killing him inside, and he wants her badly, but because of his job, his personality, and hers, it would never work out. He fell in love once, and he doesn't plan on doing that again. If he indulges her just once, it will all be over, and he can't do it. He also cannot be in a relationship with someone in her line of work. Her modeling typically has her basically naked, and the thought of that many men seeing her topless is a no-go if she were with him in a serious relationship. He doesn't share.

After finding out she has a serious stalker and he took it upon himself to be her personal bodyguard until the creep is caught, he is with her 24/7. Someone got into her room without being detected on a private, exclusive island vacation, so this is a serious stalker threat. Their proximity is driving him insane, and she knows it. Killian never has an issue finding people; he and his team are the best in the business, so all he needs to do is locate the stalker asap, and he can go back to his lonely, grumpy life and bury himself in work and stay as far away from her as possible like he has been doing for years except family get togethers which she always attends. It seems this psycho is very smart, and the forced proximity is longer than it should be, giving Avery the chance to chip away at Killian's resolve, bit by bit. She is determined to have Killian Beckett, if he likes it or not. What she doesn't know is how much he wants her and why he is fighting so hard to keep her away.

I listened to this audiobook in one day. I ate it up, and it was addicting. Joe Arden is a master voice actor, and I cannot resist an Irish accent. A hot, morally grey, tattooed, grumpy Irishman with a filthy mouth? Sign me up, Sir.

Thank you to Blue Nose Audio for an advanced audiobook to listen to before the release on 12/19. It was a wicked good time.

Bodyguard Romance Perfection with Filthy-Mouthed Tension

This book had me hooked from the very first black calla lily.

Avery is a standout heroine—smart, bold, and layered beneath the glamour. I loved that she’s a psych graduate turned model, because it adds depth to her character and makes her feel grounded even when her life spirals into danger. The stalker element is genuinely unsettling and keeps the suspense tight from start to finish.

And then there’s Killian Beckett.
Tattooed. Possessive. Military-honed control with a mouth that absolutely does not behave. He’s the ultimate grumpy protector—judgmental, broody, and completely undone by the woman he’s supposed to keep at arm’s length. Watching him fight his desire while being fiercely protective of Avery was deliciously painful in the best way.

The enemies-to-lovers tension is chef’s kiss, with forced proximity that crackles on every page. The chemistry is off-the-charts steamy without overshadowing the plot, and I appreciated that the romance doesn’t rely on a frustrating third-act breakup to create drama—the external danger is more than enough.

If you love bodyguard romances with real suspense, a possessive billionaire former soldier, high heat, and emotional payoff, this one delivers hard.

Highly recommend for fans of romantic suspense with spice and swoon. 🔥📚

K.C. Sheridan delivers Avery with the perfect balance of confidence and vulnerability, capturing her sharp wit, fear, and emotional depth without ever tipping into melodrama. You can feel the tension in her voice as the stakes rise.

And then there’s Joe Arden.
As Killian, he is pure, controlled intensity. His deep, commanding delivery fits the tattooed, former-soldier bodyguard perfectly—every growled warning and restrained moment of longing hits exactly right. When his control finally cracks? Absolute chills.

The chemistry between the dual narration is electric, elevating the enemies-to-lovers tension and making the forced proximity feel intimate and dangerous. The suspense stays tight, the steam is blush-inducing, and the lack of a third-act breakup is incredibly satisfying.

If you’re an audiobook lover who enjoys bodyguard romances, possessive heroes, and narrators who fully embody their characters, this is a must-listen.

K.C. Sheridan and Joe Arden make this one unforgettable. 🎧🔥

ALC Review

You know the saying third time’s a charm? That doesn’t apply here because all three books in the Beckett Brothers series have been charming and full of tantalizing spice. L.A. Gallagher delivers the story of Killian and Avery, complete with action, suspense, emotion, and steam all within a nine hour audiobook. Performed in duet narration by K.C. Sheridan and Joe Arden, the story ignites fast and doesn’t come up for air until the HEA.

Avery is a glamour model, known for her seductive and signature look. While she’s a wedding guest at a Beckett wedding, she learns that someone is watching her…which immediately brings Killian Beckett’s protectiveness factor through the roof — he makes it his mission to be the bodyguard and security coordinator until the issue is resolved.

What results is a classically hot enemies to lovers and forced proximity situation that immediately becomes complicated and full of physical tension. K.C. Sheridan is a new to me voice actor and what I adored about her performance is her cheeky attitude. Avery is far from a pushover and is seductively cunning; so is K.C. She had me giggling and swooning, and when K.C. gave into her vulnerable side it felt natural. I enjoyed the evolution of her character.

Joe Arden voices Killian Beckett, and he is always well-cast as the moody character with a dark edge. Killian has his own backstory that shapes the way he sees the world, and Joe gives him that intense stoicism. The billionaire bodyguard not only dirty talks his way into Avery’s heart he allows his edges to soften and absorbs her heart in a way that had me melting for him. Joe traverses this landscape with an Irish accent that is decadent and dangerous.

I will follow this Beckett Brothers series to the end of its road — L.A. writes characters who are easy to love, along with spice and plot lines that are engaging and drop me straight into the middle of it all. I enjoyed the suspense and bodyguard aspect of this story, it was a pleasant twist from the previous stories.

#Bodyguard #Billionaire #ForcedProximity #OppositesAttract #MorallyGrayHero #FamilySeries
Written in first person from an alternating dual POV, this can be read as a standalone and ends with a HEA. Because this story is part of an interconnected family series, some readers may find the most enjoyment from reading the series in publication order.
Avery is a beautiful woman, a glamour model, and smart. She holds a doctorate in Psychology and understands that her modeling career is a temporary way to earn a lot of money and a steppingstone to achieving her real dreams. Killian is the broodiest of the Beckett brothers. He is the epitome of the strong silent type. Under his silence, he is smart and dangerous. He also rocks a heck of a crush of Avery. I adored his protective nature with Avery. She is so incredibly body confident, I adored her. I loved her willingness to jump into an adventure. Her spontaneous personality was a perfect compliment for Killian. The share boat loads of heat as they attempt to avoid the danger of a st@lker determined to get Avery. There is some suspense along the way because of it. I adored the way the tense moments played out and that they continued to trust each other and the foundation they had been building when things get difficult. This was a read I did not want to put down. It also made it tough to pick up the next book. These are characters and a story that will stick with me for a long while.

Ruin Me is a deliciously addictive enemies-to-lovers romance that burns slow, hot, and oh so spicy! LA Gallagher delivers a story packed with tension, sass, loyalty, and heartbreak, wrapped in a stalker subplot that keeps you on the edge of your seat.

What makes this book so compelling is the dynamic between the leads!
He’s an ex-military bodyguard :controlled, capable, and impossibly compelling.
She’s a total brat :sharp-tongued, fierce, and stubborn as heck.
And, of course, neither of them stands a chance once attraction crashes the party.

Their banter is snappy, their chemistry is explosive, and the enemies-to-lovers arc hits all the right beats: defensiveness, grudging respect, and eventually that swoon-worthy unraveling of hearts you know you want.

Gallagher balances the emotional stakes with tension from a credible stalker threat that keeps the pages turning while deepening the connection between the characters in ways that feel earned and real.

🎧 Narration by Joe Arden & KC Sheridan is phenomenal. Arden brings grit and cool intensity to the male POV, and Sheridan captures the heroine’s bratty charm with perfect energy and timing. And we didn't even talk about the accents! The chemistry between them elevates every scene, making this audiobook an immersive experience.

Ruin Me should be at the top of your TBR list.

This was my first L.A. Gallagher book, and I’m officially hooked! Ruin Me is Book 3 in the Beckett Brothers series, and it absolutely delivered.

Killian is moody, broody, and so stoic and then Avery walks in: chaotic, fun, and a confident, body-positive model. When a threat emerges at his brother’s wedding to her best friend, Killian takes it upon himself to protect her. Cue forced proximity… and holy wow, the sexual tension is through the roof.

They have this “can’t stand each other but want each other” vibe, which I ate up completely. Avery is upfront and bold, going after him first, and I loved that flip because once Killian commits, he’s all possessive, swoony, and protective… perfection. On top of that, the suspense with a creepy stalker targeting Avery kept me fully engaged the entire time.

This was also my first time listening to K.C. Sheridan, and she completely nailed Avery… sassy, sexy, and with a gorgeous Irish accent. And Joe Arden as Killian? Melt-worthy. His Irish accent, commanding presence, and possessive energy were absolute perfection. The duet narration was phenomenal, elevating the story to another level.

Overall, this was a steamy, angsty, thrilling read, I devoured it and would recommend it in a heartbeat. Can’t wait to read more from Gallagher!

Killian & Avery ♥️

Wow! All I can say is good luck putting this one down, I had to keep reading, but I’m terrible with suspense and need to know answers ASAP! This book was great!

Upon discovering she had a stalker Avery is stuck with Killian as her bodyguard. Little do each of them know but they harbour secret feelings for each other from in their past. The tension was unbelievable and Killian has the absolute willpower of a saint but when it was the ‘f**k it’ moment my gosh was it good.

This book will seriously have you blushing, the delectable grumpy /sunshine dynamic with a whole lot of sexual tension was explosive

Avery was a dream FMC, her sassy confidence wore Killian down but we also got to see her vulnerability and desire to want more for herself. Killian was moody, an over protective MMC and when he melted for her he was a man down bad. Add in the suspense and drama of the stalker this book had everything! It was great to have the other characters from the family in it too!

This is the story of Avery and Killian Beckett. Killian is considered the brother without emotion… aka stoic…aka detached, indifferent, apathetic, cold… and he’s the fixer. In other words, he’ll kill when needed to keep his family and the innocent safe. Avery is a supermodel who has openly shown her naked body for the camera which Killian despises. She uses her nude body to lure Killian which… uh okay but honestly… it was overdone.

I have to say that after reading a couple of the other books, I expected more for Killian. I’m not exactly sure what I wanted, but this fell a little short for me. He was supposed to be tall, dark, handsome, and uber quiet stealth. I think part of it was that Avery basically had to beg Killian every step of the way in their relationship, and that felt less than realistic. He wants her in the worst way but she has to beg him for any sexual exploration. I’m sorry, but unlikely. Overall, the book was decent, but I don’t think I would read it again. It was average. The mystery man stalking Avery was a bit too predictable and unrealistic. There is a HEA. 3⭐️⭐️⭐️

I swear this series gets better with every book and Killian and Avery’s book is FIRE! We met Avery in Book 1 and of course, we’ve been getting to know broody Killian along with the other brothers. Ruin Me hooks you from the first chapter and holds on until the very end. There’s a delightful push/pull in the beginning where it’s almost a joke how many times Killian says “just this once” or “this is the last time”. The vibes of bodyguard/stalker/she tests his control until it snaps/it’s always been you are beautifully woven throughout the book. I loved how Avery wasn’t one dimensional and Killian loved them all. The mystery stalker and explosive ending are chef’s kiss. I enjoyed the audio production of this book done in duet style by Joe Arden and K.C. Sheridan. Joe’s Irish accent is always on point, and his ability to portray both the possessive and loving Killian and the creepy bad guy is unmatched. This is my second time hearing K.C. Sheridan’s lyrical Irish voice, and I really enjoy it. Overall, a 5-star read with great narration and 4 spicy peppers. Don’t forget to head to the Blue Nose Audio app for the extended epilogue!

Billionaire Romance / Opposites Attract / Forced Proximity / HEA

The Beckett Brothers #3 - Avery Williams has a stalker but doesn’t realize that he’s getting a bit too close for comfort. He leaves her notes alongside a black lily … but the notes are becoming more and more disturbing. Killian Beckett has known Avery for years; she’s the best friend of his brother’s wife. When he learns about the threatening notes, he and his security team take on the task of finding “The Watcher”. Avery has been safely secured in his penthouse as he runs background checks on everyone. Killian’s walls are high, his past a secret, and Avery is determined to tear them down, using every trick in the book to get him to break. She is constantly asking him questions that irritate the heck out of him. Finally, he agrees to 3 questions per day. These two have chemistry that is off the charts … so much fun. Now to start on brother Sean’s story … can’t wait.

"Does she think she can analyse me? She’d have more luck cracking The Da Vinci Code. Even I can’t work me out. I relinquished the need to try years ago."

♡This entire series has been phenomenal so far but Ruin Me has become my new favorite! The humor in this story is so good I swear I spent half of this book crying from laughing so hard! The story was engaging & the spice was well worth the wait! Killian our broody bodyguard tasks himself to guard & protect the only woman he has every sworn to be off limits. Avery our sassy models sole mission is to make Mr Grumpy pants job protecting her as hard as possible. Avery has always achieved what she wants & what she wants just so happens to be her grumpy bodyguard!

The duet narration for this audiobook was perfection! K.C. & Joe did a phenomenal job bringing this story to life & their accents were top notch!♡

Ruin Me (book 3 in the Beckett Brothers series) was my first dive into L.A. Gallagher’s work, and I can confidently say I’m fully on board. Did I jump in right in the middle of a series, yes, yes I did. What else is new for me!

Killian Beckett is the definition of closed-off intensity. Then Avery crashes into his carefully controlled world like a whirlwind. She’s bold, playful, and unapologetically confident. Their contrast is electric, and when a dangerous situation unfolds during his brother’s wedding, Killian steps into protector mode, forcing them into close quarters that absolutely crackle with tension. The push-and-pull between these two is addictive. Killian, Mr. This-is-the-last-time-until-the-next-last-time, is a goner.

K.C. Sheridan has a beautiful Irish accent, and I loved seeing her cast in these female Irish roles. She embodied Avery's witty, fearless, and layered personality.

And Joe Arden as Killian? I've said it before, you would think he was Irish if you didn't already know he wasn't, which makes him perfect for playing these Irish MMCs. He did a fantastic job giving Killian weight, authority, and heat.

Together, their delivery felt seamless.

This audiobook blended Avery and Killian's passion, danger, humor, and emotional depth into a fast-paced listen that never let up.

If you love bodyguard romances, forced proximity, sizzling chemistry, and top-tier narration, this one deserves a spot at the top of your TBR.

You’re in for a schmexy treat!

The Beckett Brothers series gets better with each book! L.A. (aka Lyndsey) Gallagher is one my favourite authors and I am one of a fortunate few to read an advance copy of Ruin Me.

This book has it all… a gorgeously grumpy protection agent and his very much stunningly beautiful and smart, but definitely a NOT shrinking violet, Avery, as she finds herself the recipient of a stalker she doesn’t take seriously, at first.

The tension ramps up as their banter heats up until this Best Man and Maid of Honour explode with desire. It’s taut and filled with suspense and there is a part towards the end, a countdown of sorts, that gutted me, as I put myself in Killian’s shoes. So well done!

This book follows Beckett Brother, Killian, protection man, broody bugger, and tortured soul extraordinaire as he protects former pole dancer and newly minted psychology grad, Avery, who is connected to the Becketts through Scarlett (James), featured in book one.

Their heat is like a flash fire with an unending source of fuel. And now I can hardly wait to get to know Sean and Layla in book four. I’m seriously thankful for big Irish Catholic families!
