Bound by holy vows, undone by sinful desires…

Malakai
I’ve spent years hiding my depraved deviances behind my roles as pastor and headmaster of Saint Helena Academy.
When Julian—my former best friend—returns to my life, the tension between us is impossible to ignore.
He’s married now, and I try to keep my distance.
Until he confesses his secret: he wants me to sleep with his wife, Sophie, while he watches.
It’s their arrangement, their game—and now, I’m the one they’ve chosen.
I should walk away, but I can’t—I’m just as drawn to her as I am to him.
What starts as curiosity spirals into something far deeper–something that could destroy everything I’ve worked to protect.

Julian
He kissed me once. Then he disappeared.
Seventeen years later, Malakai is back, and my unresolved feelings soon evolve into a new obsession: watching him with Sophie.
It consumes me.
Sophie is a hotwife, and watching her with other men has always been my kink.
But with Kai, it’s different—he prefers a darker, more intense experience.
He’s also used to being in control, but now it’s my turn.
But only if my marriage can survive opening up to him–and if I can maintain control without falling for him all over again.

Holy Hearts is a full-length MMF billionaire romance with BDSM themes. It is the fifth and final book in the Ravaged Castle series. All books can be read as standalones.

Warning: This book contains explicit sexual situations and strong language. There is no cheating, and there is a HEA between all three characters.

Holy Hearts… I’m still trying to get a handle on how I feel about this one. I knew it was going to take me out of my comfort zone based on the tropes, and it did.

The relationships, both separately and as a throuple were everything I love! Watching Kai and Julian repair the hurt feelings from college was healing.

That said, as hard as I tried to just go with the flow, I just really did not enjoy the hotwife aspect. To be fair, it wasn’t a major plot line after Kai was in the picture. But I struggled nonetheless.

My rating does NOT take this into account in any way because I knew it was part of the storyline and opted to read anyway. My rating reflects the components I liked, specifically the characters and the growth.

Definitely sad to wrap up the Ravaged Castle series. Holy Hearts was hot as hell and will definitely appeal to a lot of readers with its unique storyline.

I was a little nervous going into this book. I was worried that the 'throuple' energy was going to feel like a married couple and their fuck buddy. And for the most part...

This book did feel like that.

But it's a key part of the storyline that I think Amanda Richardson handles well-ish.

I loved the dynamic between Kai, Julian & Sophie once they fully settled into their relationship, which unfortunately happens at the 85% mark. I'd loved to have spent more time with them as a throuple, because unfortunately the majority of the book feels like Julian x Sophie using Kai. And because of how they treated Kai, I struggled to like Sophie and Julian for the most part. Particularly Julian, which is not what I was expecting.

I loved seeing all the family together, although I do wish we'd had some more 'brotherly' moments. I wanted more moments with Kai and his brothers as he's always felt like the outsider in a way, but his bond with Orion was cute.

Overall, not the strongest book in the series but it does feature one of my least favourite tropes/the type of angst I don't enjoy personally. However, people who like books featuring throuples with some angst and drama, this is definitely the book for you!

I love this entire series for introducing me to kinks I was not familiar with, and am now intrigued to delve deeper into.

Tropes Included:
- MMF
- Second Chance
- ADHD & Endometriosis Rep
- Why Choose
- FMC is a Hotwife
- Bi-awakening

Series Ranking:
1. Ward Willing (Liam x Zoe)
2. Marry Lies (Miles x Stella)
3. Masked Sins (Orion x Layla)
4. Holy Hearts (Kai x Julien x Sophie)
5. Prey Tell (Chase x Juliet).

I received an advanced copy for free through the author and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

It took me a freaking week to read this shit . I was sssssso excited to read it , and i was slapped straight to the face , because damn that's shallow if kai and sophie were along in this relationship i would love it for sure , they had connection , julian is just a jerk on steroids, he was a shitty dom , the hotwife part was shit , the way kai was treated didn't click with me but i loved his healing journey. Overall the book was all over the place .

malakai + julian + sophie

Thank you for Amanda for this ARC in exchange for my honest review!

standalone | 5th & final book in Ravaged Castle series | British aristocracy | billionaire | NO cheating | MMF | bi-awakening | fmc is a "hotwife" | Kai discovers he's a "switch" | edge play | endometriosis rep | ADHD rep | she reads romance novels | two alpha males fighting for dominance | relig!on k!nk | exotic pet | polyamory rep | DVP 👀 | HEA for 3

This throuple was throupling and I loved every page of their story. The tension between Julian and Kai was drool worthy and the way Sophie and Kai came together (pun intended) for Julian's pleasure had my Kindle burnin' tf up. There were real life struggles integrated into these characters and their stories and the topics were so well cared for (e.g., endometriosis, ADHD). As a wife to a man with ADHD I can truly appreciate Soph's tenacity for dealing with Julian's fickle obsessions and it gave me a good laugh. So did Kai's pet and its introduction to Julian! The cameos from the other brothers and their S/Os were beautifully written and spot on for their characters which just made me want to go back and re-read them (especially my bbs juliet and chase). Stella and Miles were hilarious and helped break up the tension in the plot as well.

The ending had me all misty eyed because it's truly the end of the Ravage brothers, but I am SO excited to continue to support Amanda in her new series.

Also *ahem* Amanda - sneaking in a teaser of Rowan and his professor? GIMME!

This was surprisingly deep and thoughtful in some places and not just about the kink of it all. I enjoyed the characters journeys into a triad together.

I didn't really care for one of the side plots. It felt shoe-horned in and a little bit preachy, pun intended.

But I would read more from this author!

Oh. My. God. 🥵🔥
I’ve been waiting for Kai’s book for so long and it did not disappoint!!! The chemistry between Kai, Julian and Sophie was through the roof! I was meltingggg with their scenes, especially when Julian took control and Kai realized a side of him he never thought he’d love. And at the end, to see Julian realize the same, oh man, it was so hottt!

The fifth and final book of the Ravaged Castle series was better than I could’ve imagined, I love this series so much and I can’t wait to see what the future looks like for these amazing characters. Also loved seeing the second generation 20 years later, I’m curious about Rowan, the epilogue opened so many doors and I’m so excited to see what comes next. Amazing series!

*I won the arc by entering a giveaway through the authors newsletter

I really enjoyed this, I was really excited for this upcoming release and I had a great time. I loved the characters and especially their development, through the pages they matured and learned how to be all of three in a relationship, listening to each other needs and communicating. I wanted more of Julian and Kai alone, especially because Kai has spent almost 20 years not accepting his sexuality.
Overall this was what I needed at the moment, can’t wait to know more about Rowan and Professor Blake in the future

hold on!!! i entered the giveaway to win the ARC and i actually won 🧍‍♀️

Holy Hearts is the 5th book in the Ravaged Castle series, but you can definitely read it as a standalone since this is my first book. It was a more mature MMF relationship involving a married couple.

Julian and Malakai were close friends until a college kiss changed everything, confusing Malakai and making him push Julian away. Julian felt betrayed and broken-hearted by this and moved back to the UK. He has returned 17 years later with his wife, Sophie. They ran into each other, and Kai was shocked to learn the married couple were into the "hotwife" kink. Julian wants to watch Kai with his wife, but he is more involved with this dynamic because of his connection to Kai.

They decide to enter a poly/throuple type of dynamic, but Kai worries he is just on the outside of the marriage and not an equal part of the relationship.

I loved how they all communicated and were honest with each other from the start. There were some very spicy scenes, and I enjoyed their deeper connection.

No one talk to me while I sob over this book.

Oh my gosh! This was literal perfection. Every single book in this series kept getting better and better and this was so good!!!!

RH is not my thing but I loved this book so much. Each and every character was so mature. They invested in healthy communication about problems, has immense respect for each other and we’re all determined to over come obstacles and past issues to make sure they could all work together and be together.

The romance?! Don’t even get me started, I was flustered this whole book with simply how romantic it was. I couldn’t handle the men 🫠 gosh, someone needs to talk to me like that 😅 and Sophie, she was so adorable and wonderful and maybe one of the most likeable FMC’s I’ve ever read.

And the spice… let’s just say it was hot and heavy 😌 Amanda Richardson seriously can write and she is well 😅 extremely creative 😂

Their dynamic between them, I don’t think I’ll ever recover from. Definitely one of my favourite books of the year so far!!! I honestly can’t wait for her next series!! Potentially about the kids? Not sure yet but I can’t wait to find out!

OMG. just OMG. First off.. this being the last book was so bittersweet. I fell in LOVE with this series and the Ravage brothers so deeply. But wow did Amanda give us an incredible finale for our quiet sad boy Malakai. Thank you Amanda for the opportunity to read early. This was a very anticipated read for me and I feel like I won the lotto when it dropped into my email.

Let’s start off with saying I NEVER thought any brother could take Liam from Ward Willings place but Kai!?!?! Yup he took the number one spot… I mean maybe they are tied but truly I love Kai. I also feel like I resonate with all three characters in some capacity which doesn’t ever happen. The ADHD rep was perfectly done and made me feel so deeply and Kai’s struggles with not feeling like he’s enough but trying to take care of everyone hit so hard. Sophie’s uncertainty about what she wanted to do with her life but knowing she strived for something great and fulfilling was something I also resonated with.

I love a good mmf book and this book delivered. There’s something so emotional when three people are involved. The throuple and dynamics had me not able to out this book down. Kai and Julian’s history and connection was truly so beautiful. I don’t want to spoil too much but I will leave the tropes and top things that should convince you to read this incredible book below.

This book was an easy 5 stars for me. I knew as soon as I started reading it and I didn’t want it to end. If you were wanting something with k!nk and delicious spice but also beautiful journeys of love. READ THE RAVAGED CASTLE SERIES 🤍 The hint at the end for a Professor/student age gap romance for a second gen had me screaming. I’ll read anything Amanda writes.

This is not normally the type of story I reach for, but I really wanted to finish the series. I feel Holy Hearts delivered what it promised, but I wish we’d spent a little more time with Kai, Julian, and Sophia building their relationships so their level of commitment felt more legitimate. I liked Kai’s journey to self acceptance and love, but I think Julian and Sophie both had some growing to do that wasn’t really addressed beyond their verbal commitments. Not my favorite of the Ravaged Castle series, but still a good time.

"Temptation doesn’t start with desire. It starts with comfort. With familiarity. One step closer, then another, until you’re staring over the edge of something too deep to climb out of."

2.5 ⭐️

I really wanted to enjoy this more but it unexpectedly didn't work for me. Malakai and Julian shared a kiss 17 years ago and Kai walked away. When Kai reappeared in Julian's life years later, there were so many emotions, unresolved feelings and unsaid words between them. And when Kai met Julian's wife, Sophie, the idea of a throuple began.

I loved Kai's protective instinct with Sophie and the way Sophie trusted Kai with such a natural ease. I could see how much Sophie and Julian meant to each other and I thought all three of them fit really well together. But I stopped reading after 130 pages. The story was most definitely solid but I just couldn't get into it. I wasn't getting enough of Kai for the amount I read which seemed off even at this point since this series is about the Ravage brothers. And I didn't like Julian at all since he was too pretentious and elitist for my taste. The book also seemed longer than it needed to be and the tropes weren't coming together for me so I lost interest early on.

Holy Hearts is a story about control, about defying expectations without judgment. The story of three people, each characterized by vulnerabilities as they went through individual internal struggles from bi-awakenings to ADHD to self-worth and acceptance. So even though I was disappointed with the final installment of the Ravaged Castle series, I still recommend it especially for fans of the series. I also have no doubt that I'll continue to read the author's books.

DNF at 25%.

While a throuple isn't my usual go-to book, i knew I wanted to read this one because of how amazing the series has been, and this knocked my socks off! Julian, Malaysia and Sophie had such distinct personalities and desires that were impressively intertwined. Sometimes in books with multiple partners i feel like not all can shine equally or some are more connected than others and this one felt incredibly balanced. We got moments with everyone together and as couples forming strong emotional bonds needed. I loved Julian had a mix of chaos and control while Sophie is the peace to his storm and striving for her own identity. Kai completes them with his nurturing and loving nature combined with a dark dom side. Most of all his personal growth was something I cheered for because he made such large strides in becoming the best version of him. Thise series has been truly amazing and unforgettable in the best ways.

This book is WILD with how much sexual angst yearning and tension there is. Wheeew! It’s also written gorgeously, just delicious lines that seep you right into the book. The vibes are super sensual, dark in a heady way (not a dark romance way).

I was barely breathing at some points. Funnily, I was reading through my prior reviews of the other books a little while ago and I’m pretty sure I said something similar about the last one. Amanda just writes with such intensity that I find myself completely enraptured and almost holding my breath. The writing style just wraps you up in it all and it’s so, so excellent and luxe. On my IG, I think I captured that in some of the quotes I pulled - I highlighted SO many and tried to control myself here 😂

The two dominant men with their feelings for each other (and also for Sophie).. there’s some ‘battle’ scenes that had me like 🫦

And while everything is hotHOThot, there’s a real sweetness that blooms from the three of them. There’s multiple configurations between them that makes for a lot of really cute warm fuzzies, especially the second-chance-ish dynamic, the new relationship feels, and the appreciation and growth together of the existing relationship. So many moments that had me with a little grin on my face, just those kind of teenagery first-love flutters but with adults.

I feel like every book I’ve read lately is making me emotional but I really felt for Kai at one point where he lays some insecurities bare, shed a tear for him. Just wanted to hug him!

This has been a great month of reading for me so far. As I said with another recent review, I know it’s early since it’s only Feb but I imagine this will definitely be in my top 10 for the year. The tension, the seductive/intense heat, and the emotional work of sorting yourselves out within a new relationship dynamic all come together to create a truly fascinating romance with excellent depth. I haven’t read a MMF romance dynamic like this in this way before, it was masterful and really just fantastic.

You can 100% read this as a standalone but it is the last in a great series of standalones and in my view, absolutely the best one.

5/5 ⭐️ highly recommend

Tbh I wasn't quite sure if this story would work for me and it took me some time to really get into it. To believe all the feelings between Malakai, Julian and Sophie - to feel their chemistry. But Amanda Richardson worked her magic and delivered a story I never knew I needed. I loved what she did with this book and it's everything Malakai deserves!

the final book

They say, they save the best for last. And oh holy, did they ever! Forgive me father for what I just read. He was a Priest (now the father makes sense haha!) turn into a headmaster, they met in uni and had their first experience. Man the three of them are absolute fire that can ignite a water hole. This was such a good ending and final book to the series. Zero regret on listening to it, hearing all of them, perfection! They nail this book!

Wow I’m stunned. I need to read more of Amanda’s work. This was intimate, intense and spicy. Lots of emotions and feelings of internal and open dialog. This is the type of writing I just devour as it gives character so much depth. But the spice had me on my knees. I was honestly shocked and eating every second of all the spicy scenes.

Im so obsessed with Julian, Sophie and Malakai. Julian and Sophie are so open with each other and have such a strong marriage. Malakai feels like a puzzle trying to put himself together and understand his underlying feelings from a moment 17 years ago with his best friend Julian. Julian is fun playful and happy to tap into his bi side. Sophie loves being wanted and devoured and these men just do it for her. The longing, tension and emotional whirlwind of conversations are delicious but Malakai is my kryptonite.

Lastly the audiobook is absolutely fantastic. Hands down one of my favourite audiobooks this year. Shane, Aaron and Evelyn nailed this duet narration. Please pick it up in this format. Its my first Amanda book iv read and wont be my last.

I was so excited to win an ARC for this book. I was I. The middle of Masked Sins when I got it and couldn’t wait to read it. I loved Kai, Sophie, and Julian’s story! It was emotional, challenging, hopeful, funny, sad, spicy, and so much more. This story was worth the wait. Sad to see this series end.

I can't believe I finished this book.
I confess that I haven't read all the books in this saga yet, but this was the one I was most looking forward to. As a polyamorous person, whenever there is a book with this theme, I get super excited. And this one did not disappoint.
It is a book of discovery, of reevaluating our beliefs, of fighting what others think of us, of adapting to those we love.
Kai is, without a doubt, a character that made me feel warm from the first moment 🤭🤭 he and Orion ended up being the two brothers that made me the most... excited, let's say.
Sophie is a strong, determined and fighter woman. She brought an extroverted aspect to the two alphas she had by her side.
As for Julian... I felt very represented by him. I have ADHD myself, so I understand the excess energy, the thoughts that don't stop, always wanting to try something new.
In this trio, each one brings something to the relationship, and it's beautiful to see how they complement each other. Besides being beautiful to see the love that the three share.
And the scenes with Kai and Julian? 🥵🔥🔥🔥 I would look like Sophie when she runs to them (those who read it will understand haha)

It’s release day!!

The Ravaged Castle series has a special place in my heart. I have loved following the stories of the five brothers and their partners, and Holy Hearts was honestly the perfect end to the series.

This is Amanda’s best writing. Hands down. I have always loved her work, and her books hit every single time, but she’s truly outdone herself with this one. The ADHD rep, the struggles of finding yourself and growing to accept who that person is, and stepping outside of your comfort zone even when it’s scary… this was written with such care.

I loved the character development of all three MCs, the banter between them and the backstory that broke me. It was also wonderful to see our old favourites again and how their lives continue to intertwine as time goes on.

Kai’s book was worth the wait 🤍

(I will truly combust if I don’t take a second to mention the TENSION in this book oh my god. 😮‍💨)

To Amanda, thank you for this series and these stories, I am obsessed with every character. And a big thank you for the arc 🫶🏼 p.s. that epilogue!!! 👀
