As someone who has experienced org change from a variety of perspectives, I relate to how the author grounds her thoughts and ideas so well around perspective. The seven basic needs that cause resistance are very clear and actionable. I really liked the chapters on group sync and threat rigidity. I have not seen other books go this much in depth, and each chapter ends with useful real-world actions. Kudos too for the top-notch RESEARCH!
