Very short introduction for art movements throughout the history. Useful if you have no, or very little, prior knowledge of the subject.

I'm extremely torn, since this is a very west-centric look at art. There's very little mention of art styles from Asia and there's a lot more to art than Van Gogh and Dali that the book doesn't dwell on. But eh, it's supposed to be a gist, I guess.
