Written in plain English, it nevertheless gets across some sophisticated concepts. A valuable read for managers, behavioural scientists, psychoanalysts and counsellors, and interesting for the general reader too.
A good intro on the history of thought leading to organizational psychology, though somewhat redundant. The last chapter would suffice for an overview.
