This book gave me a greater appreciation for the souls in Purgatory and the devotion to them. It includes explanations and a treasure chest of devotions, prayers, and practices. Within this book, you'll find age-old wisdom and teachings right beside current writings from saints in the last few decades. It's a book you'll want to share and highlight and use over and over. Highly recommended.

I greatly appreciate Tassone's deep love for the holy souls in purgatory. The Church Militant (on earth), must help the Church Suffering (in purgatory), so we can all reach the Church Triumphant (in heaven).

I am grateful for the author's wealth of knowledge on Church history of honoring the dead and how it still applies to us today.

Remember to pray for your dead. Offer Masses for them. Offer Holy Communions for them. If possible, have a Gregorian Mass (30 consecutive masses offered) set up for you or your loved ones after your death.

This is a fantastic prayer manual full of devotions that will assist our brothers and sisters (as well as we ourselves) make their way to the beatific vision. I keep this in my daily carry, in addition to my regular prayer book--the two go hand in hand.
