She’s everywhere I turn. The beautiful woman I supposedly fell for. I don’t want to remember her, but the further I dig, the more I uncover.
I’m starting to realize that nothing in my life was ever what it seemed to be. Suddenly, I’m not so sure I want my memories. Maybe I would have been better off never knowing at all...
This story is about Corinne who is sisters with Riley, who is dating Sebastian. Xavier is also one of the owners of the law firm and he has a pretty heavy story himself. Corinne is a carefree party girl who is bisexual and doesn’t need to be in a relationship to tie her down. Current and Xavier met at a sex club and hit it off really well. They end up getting into a pretty bad car accident and Xavier can’t remember who Corinne is. Xavier tries to remember who she is, but he can’t think of anything. He gets a little glimpses of a little things that he thinks he knows who she is but not completely. Corinne doesn’t give up on him and still comes around and tries to show him who she is to him. They both have matching tattoos. He starts remembering things by the way he feels when he touches her and the way he looks at her. It was just hard for him to figure all this out because he lost an ex in a car accident and he almost felt like he was cheating in a way. He ends up figuring out that he is very much in love with Corinne and they get back together.

Destroyed is another intense and gripping installment in the series, delivering plenty of twists, emotional depth, and suspense. Xavier and Corine’s story is filled with heartbreak, resilience, and unexpected revelations that kept me hooked. The deeper connections between the characters and the overarching mystery add even more intrigue, setting up the next book perfectly. If you enjoyed Bolted, this one won’t disappoint!
Omgggggg I loved the first book in the series and then the second one goes and tops it …. Can’t wait to jump into the third …. Xavier has my 🩷so far Sebastian was spicy but Xavier is both sweet and spicy
This one pulled my heartstrings! Enjoyed the read, like Bolted, it grabbed me in the first few pages. The love story is great. Mystery unraveled. Again a must read.
Xavier and Corrine were together and a car accident wipes away his memories of her. She tries to be strong but he wants nothing to do with her and she’s hurt. They go there separate ways but are still around each other due to their friends. When he hits his head again everything comes back to him and all the love for her he has and what they did before. He finds out he has a sister and needs to protect her becomes a part of the book. Another fast pace book that was fantastic.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ | 🌶️🌶️🌶️ Destroyed was the kind of book that hooks you early and keeps tightening its grip with every chapter. Corrine and Xavier’s story is messy, emotional, and full of twists that make it impossible to stop reading. Corrine thought she was stepping into something fun and uncomplicated—but instead, she’s pulled into heartbreak, confusion, and secrets she never saw coming. Xavier wasn’t looking for love and definitely wasn’t looking to fall, yet Corrine crashes into his world and turns everything upside down. He keeps pushing her away, trying to fight what’s clearly there, but the tension, chemistry, and pull between them is impossible to ignore. What makes this story stand out is how layered it is. It’s not just romance—it’s mystery, buried truths, emotional wounds, and unraveling secrets that change everything. Watching Xavier wrestle with his past while trying to protect his heart made him such a compelling MMC.
Corrine is such a spit fire, and sooo sassy, loved here! and man X, i already loved his personality from the first book, and it just got better in the second one. their love story really gave me notebook vibes, but will all the dark and devious things!
Meh, this one dragged a bit. The whole story was about Xavier and his amnesia. The last chapter and epilogue is where it started to get good. There are still so many unanswered questions.
