I did find it helpful but I should have read the whole thing sooner rather than starting it then only finishing it when I was really struggling with my mental health at the end of June. I liked that there were places to write thoughts down. I wrote in pencil instead I work through it again or someone else does.
I really enjoyed the analysis of mental health situations and points to write in. A few scenarios didn’t apply (maybe 2) but most of them felt so painfully specific to my situations. I love the new thinking given. This is a nice compact collection of mental health topics. Maybe a bit pricy at $15 but if a sale ever happened I would highly recommend.
