I enjoyed this book. Contains a lot of information and ideas that I will be implementing into my company and documents. Book is well done and extensive. I can see myself referring to back to the Elements of Building for years to come.

A great book for builders, architects, engineers, and owners. I'm thinking about buying copies for all my current customers. Much of this is anecdotal in nature; nonetheless it provides a clear picture of the nature of running a construction business and the challenges that accompany this as well as the procedures and policies necessary to succeed.
