I guess I shouldn't be surprised, since "machine learning" is right there in the title, but this was totally written by AI. Flat dialogue, uninspired prose, zero chemistry between the characters, and every time the heroine's eyes are mentioned they're compared to opals (like, multiple times on the same page!)...
