The manual that should be given at birth! I absolutely had no idea after a *very* thorough & rigorous inquiry examining one's own relationship to work that Komor would begin to conclude & wrap up how one's transformation in this area ultimately impacts the future of our planet. Komor puts his case together quite eloquently in this book - felt it read like a good novel. If you are someone who has gotten the least bit resigned around symptoms you experience from being "overworked" (you might be flat burnt out), this book brings fresh air provided you take what works for you and leave what doesn't. Speaking for myself, having new context that I can keep making a difference in the world while I spend 100% of my time inward - is my key take away. Excited to consider this may very well be my primary field of research & sharing with y'all is my first step forward so thanks for reading!
