The author had a couple of chapters devoted to frameworks for evaluating key goals and objectives that I haven't run across before. E.g. CEO - customers, employees, owners and EKG - Earn/Keep/Grow. Others like SWOT were more predictable. It appears this may have been self-published and would have benefited from more proofing and quality control. Lots of typos.
