Kile and Sadie❤️‍🩹

Sadie and her sister, Lily are on the run and searching for the Sanctuary that they’ve heard so much about…but unfortunately there is not a lot of information available on it. Being overly cautious Sadie is investigating to see if they’ve found the place.

Kile goes into town to meet a supplier and sees Sadie. Him and his wolf are both drawn to her…when he notices four males approaching her. He steps in not long after…but even though they’ve dealt with the problem for the moment, Sadie and Lily are not quite out of danger yet😢

I didn’t realise it was 6 years between the second and third book, but I’m hoping we get the next one a bit quicker as I want to see if Alex and Lily are mates and if Alex sticks around even if he’s slightly more nomadic than the rest🙂

Sadie, a human raised in a lone shifter family unit is struggling to find sanctuary and keep her sister. Lily, safe from a cruel beta wolf who’s almost convinced naïve Lily they’re mates. Kile happens to be meeting someone at a dinner and sees the beta and his minions accost and assault Lily in the parking lot. He quickly calls for backup but has the thug leader down before help arrives. Though Sadie is human, after one look Kile is sure he’s met his mate.

The sisters fit well at Sanctuary though Sadie thinks she should leave, before she can, Kile makes his move. It’s all hands-on deck when a young female shifter stumbles into Sanctuary with a broken arrow tracker sticking out. It’s a distraction so the thugs that accosted Sadie in the parking lot can kidnap her.

I received a copy from the author for an honest review.
I was so wonderful to get back to the Sanctuary. I forgot how much I loved these wolves. I may have to go back and do a reread.
Sadie was raised by shifter parents, but now finds herself on the run trying to protect her sister, Lilly. Sadie is determined to find a safe place for Lily in the shifter world. She is in search of the Sanctuary where rumor has it is a safe place for shifters. When Lily and Sadie’s past collide with what they are searching for their lives are about the change.
Kile works at the Wolf Sanctuary when he sees a beauty in trouble, he steps in to protect her and her sister. Kile knows Sadie is his but he has to convince her to stay at the sanctuary so he can protect her and her sister. Sadie is determined to leave so no more harm comes to her sister or the Wolf Sanctuary.
I enjoyed seeing Kile and Sadie get to know each other. I loved seeing the Wolf Sanctuary growing and being reunited with the characters. Sadie does have issues believing she can live in the shifter world being a human. The way everyone, well ok everyone except for the unmated females, gravitate toward Saide and Lily especially their cooking. Larry, one of the workers, had me in stiches I mean really. I really hope we get Lily’s story. There is so much more I want to learn about her and possibly Alex.

Heartbreaking Angsty and Sexy.

Oh my! So many emotions! Sadie rescued her sister Lily, from a monster. They are looking for Sanctuary. Because Lily is a shifter. Kyle is from Sanctuary. He will do whatever it takes to protect both sisters. There is nothing he won’t do to protect them. So much angst. Made my heart break. Some sexy scenes, some severe violence. This series is more serious and emotional than some by this author. I love how the characters care so much about the sanctuary and helping others. Sadie grew up as a human in a shifter family and always felt that her family sacrificed for her. She didn’t realize how much she offers others. It is a lovely story of family and finding one’s true mate.

Meh

The main female character is very insecure and annoying. She’s also stupid. Her only redeeming feature is her love and loyalty for her sister. But that is also an excuse for her to whine and be all woe is me and guilt ridden for no reason. Pretty much all of the characters felt stiff and forced. I hope this was a ghost writer and not actually done by this author.

wolf and human sisters find a home

Great story in the series. How one persons self perception can drive her to deny happiness. All while true evil is trying to control the sisters by heart. This is a fast read and you get caught up and then it is happily ever after we hope. I love this author, her characters, and the story(ies). Enjoy!

Very good.

Sadie carries a lot of guilt. It was not her burden to bear but she is a sweet, caring person. She protects her sister. Kile has finally found his mate. The bad guys are closing in. Lots of action. Could not put it down. Cannot wait for the next book.

It’s a very intense book, and I enjoyed reading it. The lives of shifters is sometimes very violent and humans can be overwhelmed with the violence. I was glad that the third brother found his mate, but we’ve got so many more stories. It could be added to this series. I look forward to them all.
