Dear Satan. Those two words are some of the sweetest that Lucifer has ever read. From December first to December twenty-fifth Lucifer dedicates everything to the happiest time of the year. With a snowstorm raging out his window, his fireplace roaring and warm, and a hot cocoa in his hand, Lucifer is enjoying his favorite month when a portal opens in his office.
Gage and Cary are desperate. In a few short days Gage’s parents are marrying him off to a woman since they don’t believe in true mates. Finding an old magic book in the attic, Cary tries his hand at summoning. If a demon can’t scare Gage’s parents and clowder into leaving them alone, then no one can. They never expected to find their third mate, the king of hell, and the Daddy that they’ve been looking for.
Finding his two mates in his living room is a shock. Lucifer is in for an exciting month and that doesn’t count all the presents he needs to assemble in his magical workshop. Dealing with an evil clowder leader, magic being abused, a kidnapped mate, and a moronic angel brother, Lucifer has his hands full. It’s a good thing that he has his own little helpers and Christmas magic!

3.5 ⭐ Lucifer et Gage et Cary Daddy et boy et little Abdl et age gap
Je les adore.
📖 Cher Satan.

I enjoyed this story with the two men who loved each other and were desperate to find a way to stay together and how they met their mate who just happened to be Lucifer. I loved the way that he read the Dear Satan letters and tried to help them by making toys. The dramatic ways that evil had taken over the clowder and town was dramatic and definitely needed Lucifer to fix. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MMM story with mature content and a BDSM-like DDLB and Daddy/boy dynamics.
If you have read Unlocked Mates you will know that this is a continuation of that series. This is the story of Lucifer finding his mate. But fate has a surprise for him. Instead of mate, he gets mates. The journey is sweet. This shows a side of Lucifer that could be possible in a real life world. Athena puts a twist on things that will make you think. The world between Heaven and Hell is a mystery. So it isn’t a surprise that Athena would latch on to this. It’s a sweet, with mystery of an ongoing struggle that has been happening for years, story. It’s a 5 star ⭐️ read with laughs, oh no’s, and a lot of cuddles and kisses. 💜
This was a fun, action packed holiday story that included many of my favorite tropes: polyamory, Daddy/middle/little, and cat shifters. The mystery behind why Gage's clowder was so against magic and mates was interesting. I loved how much Lucifer loves Christmas and that his two boys want to help him with his workshop. And Cary is such a sweet little. There were a ton of fun side characters. I can't wait to read more about them in their stories in the Unlocked Mates series.
I would’ve given this book 5 stars, but the editing need some work.
Otherwise, I loved this story. It was awesome. Cary and Gage are perfect for Lucifer. The accidental backfired summoning sent them to their mate the fates knew what they were doing. Lol in the ending oh my God Lucifer is so much trouble. What’s that saying again? “ Lucy, you got some explaining to do.” Lmao
On a sidenote, I really hope if Michael gets his book he gets put in his place. What a little jerk but maybe he’s just misunderstood or something like Anton was.
This was my favorite out of the entire series. Gage and Cary have been mates since children, with Gage being a cat shifter and Cary a human. Gage is being forced to marry a woman by his overbearing parents and Cary gets a crazy idea to summon a demon to stop it from happening. A novice at magic, Cary and Gage are instead summoned into Satan's lair. Satan isn't the big bad were taught but instead volunteered for the job of deciding who goes to hell or not. He also believes that all the letters to Santa are merely mispelled and so they come directly to him. Gage and Cary realize that Satan is their third mate, and chaos insues. I didn't realize this isn't only a part of the DKAG Christmas series, but also Ms. Steller's Unlocked Mates series so there were many cameos. I'm going to have to go read those now, because this book was a lot of fun.
I enjoyed this addition to the series, especially with the Christmas holiday theme. I want to know more about the supporting characters and demons we were introduced to. I hope the author continues to expand this world.
There are so many funny, enjoyable moments in this book. The twist on Lucifer and his family are great and throw in a little drama and intrigue and you have a wonderful read.
Gage, Cary, and Lucifer's book is sweet with the right amount of spice. I love how they all met, and how their relationship grew. I really enjoyed the story and I recommend this book!
I do love this book! I have read Unlocked mates series twice already so really enjoyed this addition to the series. Just brilliant with fantastic characters, old and new.
I haven’t read the other books in this series so I won’t hold that against the author because of the multitude of names introduced. I was leaning to 3.5 stars, though. It has some editing errors that pulled me out of the book. And, while I liked the characters okay, everything seemed superficial.
I enjoyed Cary, Gage, and Lucifer’s book. There are various storylines going on at the same time in different realms, but none distract from the relationship between the threesome.
Lucifer is adorable and it was great to see the boys again. I love the sneaky hints for what might he next for Axel’s family. I love Gage’s payback to Michael…so earned!!! But, couldn’t he find something harder to throw???
Man I love the direction the author took this. Her characters are always a joy to read and these were no exception. I have to admit that while I love all her books the Unlocked Mates hold a special place in my heart. I can’t wait to get more.
This is such a fun world, Luc, Cary and Gage are good together bringing balance and different personalities. I really hope we get more from this realm.
I thought this was a sweet, happy but steamy insta-love story. I thought this was a good addition to the Unlocked Mates Series world that Athena Stellar has created. My heart hurt for Cary and Gage, with all the bullsh*t Gage’s Clowder spewed, say that fated mates aren’t real, trying to force Gage to marry a woman, saying that a mating isn’t recognised by fate unless it’s sanctioned by the Alpha and Clowder Elders, that magic is really bad and that Gage can’t socialise with other paranormals which isn’t true at all.
I’m glad that Cary tried to summon a demon to help scare Gage’s parents away, as it brought them to their final fate mate Lucifer. Even though these were new characters, apart from Lucifer we still got to see them interact with a lot of the characters we’ve gotten to know and fall in love with during this series. We got introduced to a lot of new characters that I hope will eventually get their own chance at finding happiness, like Amos & Bel. I’m looking forward to reading more books with the Unlocked Mates Series world, as well as more books by Athena Stellar in the future. I’d recommend this book, series and author to everyone.
This was a really cute read! It happens in the "Unlocked Mates" series but it's not necessary to read them to understand and follow the story. It makes more sense once you see the other couples but the author does an amazing job of mentioning them without overwhelming the reader.
