The author writes about why we are lazy and gives some solutions. He pointed out that everyone is lazy at some point. I know that when it comes to exercise I am lazy. I procrastinate telling myself that I’ll do it tomorrow. Tomorrow never seems to come. I agree when he says we all need to be lazy once in a while. I don’t call it being lazy. It is that down time that we need so that we may rejuvenate ourselves. We need to find ways to organize ourselves so that we can stop procrastinating and become more productive. Overall I tend to overwork. Lately I’ve found I’m a little bit lazy about my writing. In this case I believe it is one of the issues mentioned in the book fear. My weight problem and lack of exercise stems from some health issues. Unfortunately like so many people it becomes a vicious cycle. I believe if I am going to read a book like this then I need to put action about behind it. I start my morning walking program tomorrow morning. I’ve even convinced my husband to join me.
So what is stopping you? Not sure? Get this book and read it. It’s got some good advice.

Procrastination is the action of delaying or postponing something. I am not sure that procrastination is being lazy. I believe some people are just born to be that way, for example if the parents did everything for a child then they can grow up expecting everyone else to do it for them. Lazy and procrastination just do not mean the same thing. Some people are just procrastinators, such as myself. When I recently moved, I was procrastinating on un- packing and organizing everything, it takes work. I was not being lazy. I am good at getting it done once my mind sets to get it done on the other hand. The author gave me a free copy for an honest review and that is what I am gifted at. With that said, if you want to learn about procrastination, being lazy and how to motivate yourself to getting out of that bad habit, this book with bring you the blessing of getting over it fast. © 2014 Jackie Paulson

This was an interesting and informative account of what it means to be lazy and varying ways of combating this frame of mind. It tackles the whys and what it does to you and gives an alternative way of thinking, a better diet and how exercise can all help towards an improved lifestyle.

Most, I think, is common sense but this book is well done and could make all the difference to those who are stuck somewhere they would rather not be.
