The author is a renaissance lady. Would not be surprised if much of this is autobiographical. The cover is too dark. The price for the sessions is not mentioned. The Russian trainer gave her bicep in inches I think he would give in metric. Only her bicep size is given not Amanda's height or weight. The ending had a prodigal son quality to it.
