So, so. Some good ideas and writing here, but also little usefulness as far as gaming campaigns go. A good deal of the book is a long prophecy but most of it is recounting events that already happened and which you won't really understand unless you know other WoD games (like Cain becoming a vampire). Most of this is cool, but you can do nothing with it, and when it comes to the three paths on how to deal with the end of the world, it is pretty vague and generic, so if you want to delve into those topics you're better off just making your own prophecy for your table.
Then we have an exchange of mails, news clips, and so on, on the events that are happening during that end of the world. Again, not too interesting, but they make good material to hand out to your players if you want them to have something more tangible. You could even maybe make a plot or a story surrounding those events, but it's in no way done in the book, you'd have to connect all details, characters and so on by yourself.
So, in general, this is a good book as far as ambiance and mood goes, but with little intrinsic usefulness to it. To quote Cyberpunk 2077, all style and no substance.
