Good information on Fitness as well as training and how to train and the most proper way to train. I like the part basically where you can actually scan and then go to YouTube and see the actual exercise. Otherwise the exercise was written in detail details in the book so that you can be able to do the exercise so basically you had two ways of doing it either followed the book or you can scan it and go to YouTube. Excellent very good.
I’m really impressed with the level of effort that went into the development of these workouts and the associated YouTube videos. Easy scan QR codes. These are really varied and accessible even at an entry level of fitness. Some of the other information around diet and menopause was not value added, and at 52 I don’t particularly like being called a “senior” but I’m trying not to take it personally 😂
good info. like that it started with mindset. Also like the journal and reflection. Love that it linked to author's videos. Super helpful. Could've used some pictures of what the exercise looked like, otherwise, well-written.
