Jessica lived and amazing life until her eighteenth birthday came around. Like any shifter, she transformed into her beautiful and unique wolf but what they didn't know was the secret that plagued her for two years. Without having the courage to tell anyone she does the only thing she can think of, run. She leaves the comforts of her city to enter the brand new world of college. Will she finally be able to tell her loved ones what happens when she shifts or will the harsh reality of what she is cause her to self destruct?
We have some of the characters of the 2nd book back. Lilly and Jon’s children. Rob, Jessica and Sophia. Jessica is pretty much the ma in character and is starting college but she also is hiding a secret from everyone including her family.
There she meets new friends and Jake who is a moody jerk. But there is something about him that seems familiar. Jake has secrets and conflicting feelings.
The storyline for the final book was again good and connected with the last two books. But the grammatical, punctuation and spelling errors make it very hard to ready at times.
When Jessica transforms to her shifter white wolf..she is very happy..but when the secret she wants to hide seems to come open. She leaves her town and comes for college. But the secret might not be not easy to hide here with Jake ,who she's attracted too..but is a real ass.But Jake might not be who he is and there is a familiarity there, which she can't forget. Can she trust Jake with her secret or it will her biggest mistake?
What i didn't like - The book felt too lengthy, and sometimes the books had abrupt scene endings. The H was complex character trying to fulfill his duty for mother but protect his mate. And h was in dilemma how to hide the secret for which she left her hometown and came to college for new start. The end was a bit complex too..the villain's didn't seem so villainous?and accepted easily..!Well it was a werewolf book..so i can overlook it.
I am beginning to see a pattern in this authors writing of this series... Female shifter is different in some way and finds a mate who pushes her away until they find love and live happily ever after...it gets repetitive after two books, but the new twists here and there keep it interesting. Still good plot line, but only three stars because of the lack of an editor. I mean grammar and spelling errors constantly! It was driving me insane!!! I had to put it down at one point because I couldn't concentrate on the plot line....still overall a good, quick read.
All the editing that needs to be done in these books really started bugging by the end of this one. The story's pretty good, but a few scenes get a little steamy. It certainly made me appreciate the fact that I don't drink alcohol if the scenes in this book are very realistic in how stupid the characters could be, even with knowing how reckless the drinking could make them act or how reckless a situation it could put them in.
this series had some tough times with the packs fighting and other twists but overall I think it is a fun read.Sorry it had to end but like most things it came to be.
Again, I enjoyed the book very much and am happy to see a happy end to the series. Again, the spelling and misuse of words is absolutely terrible. It is beyond comprehension why the author does not care about her work.
This is an amazing novel I highly recommend reading it! I fell in love with all the characters almost immediately. Erica Stanciu is an author extraordinaire!
