Its is a book composed of selected questions and answers of Maharaj Charan Singh's meetings with disciples and seekers From 1960- 1978 evening meetings . The Q-As have been sorted by subject matter into different chapters each on a different essentials of mediation as taught by surat shabd Masters . This book is full of very helpful advise to those following Surat Shabd yoga. It does not ,however, substitute a living teacher .

The most important is probably advise to me is where Huzur (the Late Master) says

"Simran should not be mechanical. Mechanical means you are repeating those words and your mind is off somewhere else thinking something else . your mind should merge in those words . Your mind should be IN those words -not somewhere away from them .Then only can concentration come . You should be IN these words "

Definitely one of my go to books. Vital to have a living teacher to help translate, protect and properly guide the student.
