Despite not even being pregnant yet, *and* having a name locked in for years, my fascination with names and Colleen’s knack for naming piqued my interest. I thoroughly enjoyed all the thoughtful questions she asks in the first half of the book, which I (my husband) will need if we ever have a boy.. The second half of the book absolute nails name categories and vibes! Colleen is a total pro and I look forward to all of her videos on social media! I’d recommend this book to any of my friends looking for a name for their bébé.
wonderful baby name book! when i first got it, i couldn’t put it down. i also met colleen at her book launch, and she was the kindest!! i totally recommend:)
I skimmed this book as I was really only using it for ideas and not so much all of the background on names. But skimming through was interesting. If you're just starting out on a naming journey this has some interesting information on how to get started, how to come to a name both parents would agree on, etc.
One of the best baby naming books/resources out there! I love to follow Colleen on Instgram also. I don't even have anymore kids coming but I love the science and art of naming a human and I had two relatives naming little boys in 2025! Her list of names by category at the back is perfectly on-point!
