Series Status: Still feral. Still edging. Still Team Gage.

This book drove me absolutely nuts—in the best way. It gave me the tension. It gave me the danger. It gave me the holy-shit-they're-finally-gonna-fuck energy… and then it said “nope” and slammed the brakes.
We are now two books deep, and Gage is STILL edging me. That man has all the control and none of the chill. The scenes are hot, intense, and dripping in promise—but the fact that they haven’t sealed the damn deal yet has me screaming into a pillow. It’s the kind of delayed gratification that makes you hate how much you love it.
Gage is still daddy and still broken. Still hiding layers of trauma that I want to lick and unravel. Watching him slowly—painfully—open up while staying emotionally coiled is its own form of torture. I’m obsessed. He’s obsessed. We’re all doomed.
Dmitri is still the safe choice. The sweet one. The man who pulls away just when you need him to dive in. But credit where it’s due—he’s trying. And the fact that both of them are so fucking into our girl, even while side-eyeing each other to death, gives me life.
The stalker subplot added the right level of suspense without hijacking the smut. It’s there, it’s creepy, it’s escalating—and when shit finally hits the fan, it’s clear our girl isn’t some weak little pawn. She’s learning, growing, and refusing to be sidelined.
The dual POV made me want to throw my Kindle more than once. Watching her spiral while Gage silently worships her in his head was frustrating as hell. But it also made every scene sharper, because you feel the disconnect and want to shake both of them.
Final thoughts: No answers. No full penetration. No peace. But still somehow totally hooked. The emotional edging is real, the chemistry is fire, and I’m ready for book 3 to either finish me off or kill me trying.

This woman is an evil genius. This book frustrated me so much, but a little edging never hurt no one, right? So many questions (which I hope we will get the answers to in book 3, I’m watching you Calista 👀), and so much left unsaid at the end of this book… I hate liars with all my heart and I really hope they will get what’s coming to them. The part at the traffic light though? Makes everything else totally worth it 😌

I enjoyed Mastered by Lust more than I expected to. It was a pretty good read overall, but there were still a few things that kept me from giving it a higher rating. I liked the characters and the overall storyline, but at times the pacing felt a little slow and some parts could have had more going on.
There were definitely moments that kept me interested, and I enjoyed seeing how everything played out. I just wish the story had a little more depth and excitement in certain areas.

Ok first I'm really glad this is a continuing Series! Love a story that builds into a full, long term storyline!!
Second, yeah quite the combination. Two extremely handsome men who want to love, respect, take care of a beautiful, honest young lady. Can it work? Only one way to find out.

Crazy Again
This story continues with the insanity of being a celebrity. It's insane what people will do to be important. It doesn't matter if it's true or not, just that you're not forgotten. And it doesn't help when people believe in the hype. Great Story though, well worth reading.

What a great book 2 in the series. I love the chemistry between Gage, Leah and Dmitri and the drama in the story! Can't wait to read book 3! This series is so great I plan on rereading books 1 and 2 before reading 3 - it's well worth it. I love both Gage and Dmitri!

Received as an ARC and is one of my favorite stories by CJ, thus far. If MFM why-choose with lots of melodrama is something you're interested in, this author never fails.

I love this series so much! It’s a different kind of MFM than a lot of Calista’s other throuples and it’s such an exciting dynamic!
This second book in the series has a few big steps between the characters and lots of expected spice! These three are hot as MF pairings but absolutely searing in a group scene!
This reading leaves you on a major cliffhanger with lots of sketchy loose ends and I can’t wait to see what happens next! With two men absolutely obsessed with her, Leah has some thinking to do and I will surely be there for the ride!

The further this dynamic is explored the more you see red flag green flags which is which who is who and when the one person you talk to about your secrets is the one person you can't turn to things get blurry
