Would highly recommend!!

I rated this book a 5/5 as it is full of excellent information on the importance of diet, exercise, and sleep to prevent inflammation! There are very clear instructions on how to better take care of our bodies. The recipes are easy-to-follow and gave me great ideas for meals!! I would highly recommend you read this book, especially if you suffer from problems with inflammation!

Excellent material to help the reader to know what to eat as well as what to avoid. There are so many healthy choices that the author shares making the material so valuable.
Also, there are dozens of recipes that will guide the reader of how to fix delicious meals for themselves in a healthy manner.
