Malaya My new job at Solar Security should have been just another day in sales at the office. But that all changed when I walked into the meeting room and saw him—Sunny. His hazel eyes were like windows into a world I couldn't quite place, but they were magnetic, pulling me in despite my better judgment. I had to figure him out. Little did I know that my curiosity would lead me into an underworld filled with danger and desire.
Sunny Coming from Hell and stepping into the surface world was like diving into a pool of confusion. I thought blending in and keeping my secrets would be the hardest part. Then I saw Malaya. Her attention was a gift I didn’t expect, and I was determined to keep it. She saw through my carefully constructed façade, and as much as I wanted to maintain my distance, I couldn’t resist the pull of her curiosity. But as we grew closer, darkness shadowed us, threatening to expose secrets that might destroy us both.
I'm like...89% sure this book was AI generated. Like the cover is one thing but the actual book? Come on now.
Even AI couldn't save how bland this book was, OMG. It read like a checklist of events the author needed to happen to continue the plot. The main romance wasn't all that interesting. I think the author just wanted to write Knotting Smut, and realized she needed to come up with a plot to make that happen. 😭😭😭😭
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. I’ve desperately been looking for a romance book where the guy isn’t a giant red flag and this is it. I can’t wait to read the rest of the series and sink into a wholesome, magical world
