I never understood what drowning in desire meant. Until her.
Destiny I get it. I’m the new kid on the home renovation network. But did they have to pair me with gray haired, cranky pants Jorge Chavez for a special series on pool design? Then send us to the middle of nowhere for filming? I plan to keep my distance and do my job--until I meet the man in person and it’s all I can do to keep from climbing him like a tree.
Jorge I’ve been teamed with other hosts before, so when I’m paired with a newcomer I assume it’s for ratings or to kick start their career. No big deal. Until I’m introduced to the hot, young designer. Yeah, she’s hot—in all the right places. And too way too young. With a crew filming every encounter as we design and build a resort quality pool, and an adversary from the past sniffing around for new scandals, I need to keep my desire and my hands to myself.
Designing and building luxury pools is what I do. But this time I’m drowning in the deep end wanting her.

This is a delightful book! Des and Jorge make an extremely pleasing couple. It’s wonderful that their attraction is immediate. They are both strong-willed and very likable. I especially like Des’s outlook on life and her assurance that she knows who she is. He’s thoughtful, experienced, twice her age & the kind of man any woman would be delighted to know & marry. She’s just the right kind of woman for him and he’s the right kind of man for her. Thank you Miss Axtel for sharing this book with us. I think I’ll go back & read it again now!
