There are literally no better Spanish books out there.

If you're not checking out this book, you're SERIOUSLY missing out on lots of GOOD stuff!

So, anyway, amidst my impulsive purchasing of Spanish learning books from my impulsive thought of learning Spanish out of nowhere, this book stood out the most to me. The other books are either too general or too complicated. But, this 8-in-1 book delivered the balanced approach that I like. It starts out with basic things like grammar principles and everyday Spanish, but the sections about Spanish stories and real-life dialogues are the real deal. This is where you apply what you've learned in all those previous sections. I didn't expect that there's even a pronunciation guide. Thank GOD. I'll be lost without that. I don't want to know Spanish if I don't know how to properly speak it.

I loved the short stories.. wish there were more.

Out of every section in this book, what I really loved the most was the interactive content. The short stories were entertaining and challenging at the same time! This is where you apply what you've learned in previous sections. These stories also offer a glimpse of some Spanish culture. I just hoped there were more though, maybe even some exercises at the end of the stories would be pretty good.

I initially bought this as a gift, but...

I bought this book to help out a friend struggling with her Spanish. But, I was intrigued and decided to may as well get one for myself. I didn't know what to expect at first, but after a few pages, I'M HOOKED. It's very well-written. The tone is engaging, yet simple enough to make it easier to read. The 15-minute daily lessons combined with some exercises have been really effective for me. Plus, my friend told me she loved it, too!

Arrived sooner than expected!

Wow! This book arrived a week sooner than expected. The box had some dents, but the book was in pristine condition. So anyway, I was able to dive right into the lessons. So far, I'm loving it! Thanks for the fast shipping.
