Rocky picks up a new sidekick with the unlikely name of Craven More who lives up to her name. They get finagled into helping Blue in his latest scheme. This time they roam Arizona's backcountry prospecting for rare earth minerals. This attracts the interest of some oriental bad guys who hope to corner America's rare earth deposits. Along the way Rocky and Craven piss off a ruthless drug smuggler and a politically ambitious action movie star. Bullets fly and heads get busted as Rocky and Craven match wits with the bad guys.
