One of the best cookbooks I've read in a while

I buy a new cookbook 1-2 times a month on average, and I was positively surprised by this one. I bookmarked so many recipes that the book is now more bookmark than cookbook. The recipes are clearly written, the ingredients are mostly easily sourced and the pictures whet your appetite even if you weren't sure the recipe was for you. I can't wait to start cooking!
