From the author of The Oxygen Advantage and inventor of MyoTape…

“If A equals success, then the formula A = X + Y + Z,
X is work.
Y is play.
Z is keep your mouth shut.”
- Albert Einstein

“A fun and easy read…a self-help book that literally improved my entire life.”

Want to improve your sleep? Concentrate better and improve your memory? Have straighter teeth, be more attractive, and successful in business? Do better at work and sports? Decongest your nose without meds? Be more attractive?

Mouth Breather tells you how through fun and engaging style.

We breathe without thinking. But as Mouth Breather explains, breathing is both involuntary, and voluntary. We can and should think about it. The book explains the “how”s and “why”s nose breathing is so central to better health and well-being.

“Mouth Breather” dispels commonly-held falsehoods, self-help nonsense, and leaves the reader more educated than before…and quite possibly better breathers in the process.

Brief fictional narratives convey the factual content. Volumes of information are summarized and delivered in a style that’s conversational and often funny. Paragraphs are short and will appeal to anyone.

There’s plenty of science, and the supporting peer reviewed research is cited for reference.

The 198-page book is perfect for desk or bedside table. Each section provides a valuable takeaway, so no need to feel guilt at consuming the book piecemeal.

It’s difficult to read Mouth Breather and not feel better as a result.

This could've been a much shorter book with a more definitive outline. Every page turn felt random, and I wanted the educational content without the made-up story lines.
