Our world is in desperate need of Christian leaders who can navigate complexity and inspire change. But to become those leaders, we must embrace the divine call to lead from our rootedness in Christ.
In the footsteps of Jesus—who masterfully conveyed profound truths through parables—pioneering leadership coach and mentor Kate Coleman illuminates the path to metamorphic leadership through the narratives of some of the extraordinary, ordinary people of the Bible. Exploring the lives of pivotal figures, including Moses, Esther, and the Woman at the Well, Metamorph highlights the importance of godly self-discovery, healthy relationships, and Spirit-led mission.
With wisdom and practical insights, this book will empower you to become a Christlike church, business, or organizational leader who actively contributes to the world you long to see.
I don’t rate many books a five, but this one is excellent. The first chapter I thought I was going to be disappointed but from then on it was brilliant and lived in its exploration of the realities of leadership in today’s world. It left me in no doubt about the ares and possibilities for transformation in my own life that can impact my leadership. Excellent book which I would encourage all to read even though it is based on teachings from the Bible.
This book is brilliant. If you’re a leader in any sphere you’ll be challenged and inspired in equal measure. Kate’s writing and perspective is helpful and thought provoking - thinking deeply about big ideas and leading you to think and respond. Would highly recommend for a book club too!
