She never stayed in one place for long… Until she felt the sweet sting of love.
Brooke Bishop thrives on adventure, from skiing slopes to sailing yachts—anything to avoid her family's bee farm. But when Brooke and her estranged sister inherit the farm, she’s stuck there until her sister can buy her out. And then Brooke meets country singer Gable Kincaid—and she finds herself wondering if wanderlust is a bit overrated…
Seeking refuge from fame and a painful past, Gable finds Brooke is just the balm he needs. As their budding attraction blossoms, the music industry he’s trying to avoid threatens to reclaim Gable. And Brooke would rather head out of town than feel the sting of that loss. As they’re pulled down separate paths, will Brooke and Gable discover that, sometimes, home is a place found in each other?

A huge thank you to author @ninacrespowrites and @literarymediatours for the opportuntity to read this #gifted e-arc.
A Honey for the Beekeeper is a cozy and sweet romance between Brooke and Gable. When they meet, there is obvious chemistry. The author takes the reader through an emotional journey. I adored the characters' close bond and how their blossoming attraction developed. The story moved well and was well-written. I enjoyed reading about their process of healing. They were great for one another!
I also loved the setting of the bee farm. Bee farming is something new to me that I've read about, and I find it fascinating. If you're searching for a nice summer read, put this on your TBR!

ARC Book Review A Honey For The Beekeeper A Nobel Written By Nina Crespo Fiction - Romance Published May 2025 268 Pages ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This is a really sweet story. That pun is definitely intended. This is the first book in this series. I am looking forward to reading the next one.
I learned a lot about bees, beekeeping, and making honey from this book.
Brooke and Gable are the two main characters. Both find themselves in Bolan, Maryland living next door to each other at the same time. Gable is taking a pause from his developing country music career. Brooke is back home at the family’s honey bee farm. After meeting and feeling an attraction to each other, they agree to use each other as a distraction from their personal issues and fears.
Although this is a sweet romance, the story does address some serious issues - overcoming grief, dealing with guilt, and facing your fears.
“Never take love for granted. Hold on to it if you find it. Success, ambition, they meant nothing. Love was everything.”
This was such a heartfelt and beautifully written story. Brooke and Gable are both navigating life while carrying the weight of unresolved past tr@umas. Brooke is a free-spirited wanderer who avoids putting down roots to protect herself from the pain of losing people. She returns to her family’s bee farm in her small hometown once a year to help out. While Gable had a burgeoning country music career, he left it all behind to seek solace and anonymity in the same quiet town. Once their paths cross, their connection is undeniable.
This book evokes a range of emotions. It has so many sweet moments. Gable and Brooke's connection is so strong. I loved watching these characters grow throughout the story and work through their tr@umas to try to find happiness. While the book doesn’t shy away from heavy topics, it’s balanced with levity and tender moments. It was the perfect read to start my summer TBR.
🌶️🌶️ ᴛʀᴏᴘᴇꜱ: ❤️Fling to a Thing ❤️One Night Stand ❤️Forced Proximity ❤️Returning Home ❤️Overcoming Emotional Odds ♥️Small Town Romance
This book was sweet in all the best ways. Brooke and Gable’s story is heartfelt and beautifully paced—I was totally rooting for them. There’s so much character growth, healing from loss, and a gentle reminder of what really matters in life. Plus, I learned a lot about bees and beekeeping! 🐝💛
It’s the ultimate feel-good, poolside read with a satisfying happily-ever-after that left me smiling. Cozy, emotional, and a touch of spice.
RECAP: Brooke Bishop can’t stay still - moving from place to place in search of adventure - anywhere but her family’s bee farm. But when she and her sister inherit the farm, she’s forced to stay there until she comes to an agreement with her sister.
Then she meets the new next door neighbor, Gable Kincaid, and her feelings about staying in one place start to get complicated…
🌼 🐝 🌺 🌼 🐝 🌺 🌼 🐝 🌺
This is the perfect HEA summer story! The setting is gorgeous and vibrant filled with flowers and sunshine and a sweet small town. Brooke is a lovable heroine, who feels so real - who doesn’t want to run from their problems? I loved Gable! He’s such a great MMC, with depth and warmth and enough complexity to keep him from being flat.
The background around loss for both characters is explored carefully and with a lot of consideration. The way Brooke and Gable allowed the other to feel the pain was perfection. This is the first in a series and you can bet I’ll be back for more.
Thank you, @literarymediatours for the early copy!
This is a charming story. Get it? Charming like charm the bees. This was a refreshing love story that is unexpected but found nonetheless. A story of love that finds you when you think you don't need it. From the blurb, you know this story is about a beekeeper returning home to take care of the hive and a lonesome cowboy. But there is also family squabbles and a bit of musical drama. Bees are a big part of this book from the beginning to the end, and there are lots of beekeeping terms and beekeeping anguish. I loved that part of the book. It freaking made me want to start keeping bees but alas I know there is more to it then just plucking an bee box in the middle of my yard. It is a HEA so BEE prepared to sit back and enjoy.
Brooke is still dealing with the pain of her parents’ deaths years after they are gone but returns to the family bee farm once a year. Gable is a country singer on the run away from the spotlight and a painful past himself. They quickly fall into a pattern together but Brooke never intended on staying past the summer. A Honey for the Beekeeper is by far one of the sweetest most wholesome stories I have read recently. Brooke and Gable have a love that is sweet like honey. I just loved their individual journeys and paths that led them to each other. Their meet cute had me giggling and their connection and chemistry was so good! This is a sweet summer read!

I received an advanced copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. This book releases on May 27, 2025
Oh my word. I devoured this book!! This is the perfect book for lovers of small town/contemporary romance readers. Brooke is dealing with baggage from her parents' death and struggles with trusting that long term relationships will last; be it a romantic relationship, friendship, or family. Gable is a musician suffering the loss of his dearest friend. When they meet, sparks fly and both are immediately interested in a friends with benefits situation. Of course, feelings develop, and both parties have some panic. Will Gable and Brooke be able to overcome their own baggage?
𝘈 𝘏𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘺 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘉𝘦𝘦𝘬𝘦𝘦𝘱𝘦𝘳 is a delightful small-town romance that follows Brooke Bishop, who returns to her Maryland family-run bee farm and Gable Kincaid, a Country singer who rents the property next door.
Brooke, a skilled beekeeper, lives an adventurous, wanderlust-filled lifestyle, and has no interest in a long term role at the bee farm. She faces a fork-in-the-road dilemma after she is named co-owner of the farm with her sister, Harper. Next door, Gable is retreating from his budding music career after suffering a tragic loss. A chance meeting and instant connection between Brooke and Gabe has both of them rethinking their futures.
𝘈 𝘏𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘺 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘉𝘦𝘦𝘬𝘦𝘦𝘱𝘦𝘳 is a lovely small town romance that has so much charm, it had me looking up Bolan, MD so I could visit. While Bolan is fictional, real Maryland bee farms play a crucial role in supporting local agriculture. In one of my favorite scenes, Brooke explains the threat over-development can wreak on family farms.
One aspect I really enjoyed about the book was the communication and mutual support shared between Brooke and Gabe which was both heartfelt and believable.
𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲: 🏘️ Coming home/second chance stories 🧲”Fling-to-a-thing” romance 🐝 Beekeeping and rural farm life 🍯Honey-flavored treats 🎙️Handsome singer-songwriters 👩🏽🤝👩🏾Sisterhood dilemmas 🚪Open door romance
The good news is this is the first of a new series and I look forward to visiting the Bishop Honey Bee Farm again soon!
This was a charming and heartwarming story about two broken individuals weighed down by past hurt, pain and guilt and finally taking some happiness for themselves.
Brooke is a wanderer but also a charmed beekeeper. Instead of putting down roots she accepts various random jobs which give her an opportunity to experience new things and enjoy different adventures, but she has no stability. Simply fleeting from one place to another. Is she really that adventurous or is she running from the pain of losing her parents when she was younger and hasn’t dealt with the trauma that loss has left her with. As a result, she refuses to return home to her family’s Bee Farm because it’s much easier to run from your problems than to tackle them head on. Until the day she and her younger sister inherited the family Bee Farm which coincidentally put a wrench in Brooke’s plans.
Gabe Kincaid is an aspiring country singer who has put his music career on hold indefinitely after suffering a devastating loss which he holds himself responsible for. Deciding to rent a home in a small town is what Gabe feels is needed to get his life back on track.
Brooke and Gabe met by chance, but that chance was all they needed to put their lives in perspective. Brooke and Gabe both found themselves growing closer together and well as finding the strength they needed to face their inner demons and deciding that they can no longer hold on to the things they cannot change and to move forward in life they needed to let the past remain in the past.
Brooke and Gabe had amazing chemistry, and they clicked like best friends, but fear and uncertainty made them second guess what was blatantly obvious to anyone with eyes. It just took them a moment to figure things out…. mainly Brooke being that she was the one who never had a desire to put down roots anywhere.
It took me a while to warm up to Brooke because her choice of lifestyle seemed selfish in my opinion and I felt she needed to grow up. We have all suffered loss in some form or another but the way she carried on in my opinion was ridiculous. Now Gabe you will instantly love from the very beginning, and he was a patient man to deal with Brooke and her instability.
Thank you @literarymediatours for the gifted copy.
Crystal recommends A Honey for the Beekeeper by Nina Crespo
What I expected... I love these books set on honey farms. They give the small town feel with a focus on nature and all things honey. I was looking forward to the world Nina would be building with her Bishop Honey Bee Farm, but so excited for the emotion she would bring to the story of these two characters.
What I Loved...
Returning to Tillbridge and seeing so many familiar faces was lovely. I enjoyed how Brooke began to find her place in the community through partnering for the good of all of their businesses.
Gable was such a steady character. He had suffered loss and there was some bitter in there, but he was really just hurting. I enjoyed seeing how open he was to understanding he was not to blame as he watched Brooke shoulder guilt that was not hers either. He listened to Brooke when she nudged him not to cave and allow an untruth to circulate about him just because it was easy and would hurt another less possibly.
Brooke was an interesting character, but her fear of losing loved ones was so relatable. The price of love is loss, and the greater the love, the deeper the loss. Brooke's journey reminds us that the time you get with those you love is worth it and fear can rob of us at our chances to have great love.
My Final Thoughts... Nina brought the emotion. From the introduction we observe a deep friendship and can fully imagine how the loss of that friend shaped Gable at a pivotal point in his journey with music. Brooke has a lighter touch, but cannot see the ways in which she is in need of healing and comfort. Her nature allows Gable to take steps toward healing and then be able to provide Brooke with that which she didn't even know she needed. These two complemented one another and I thought their story was beautiful and full of so much hope.
Favorite Quote: "If she let herself love Gable, which she could easily do, and she lost him, her heart would definitely shatter and she might not be able to put herself back together again."
🍯 “A sun angel and a bee charmer. I'm a lucky man.” Excuse me while I melt into a puddle of sweet honey over Gable Kincaid. 🥹💛
Brooke Bishop was living her best fly wanderlust life and dodging commitments…until a little buzz from her past pulled her back to the one place she swore she wouldn’t stay: the family bee farm.
Not exactly her idea of adventure but her plans start looking a whole lot sweeter when she meets her ridiculously charming and emotionally wounded neighbor.
Enter: Gable Kincaid.
Broody country star. Small-town escape artist.
What starts as a casual summer situationship (with sizzling tension and bee-utiful chemistry 🍯🔥) slowly turns into something deeper.
Brooke’s allergic to staying put, and Gable’s hiding from the limelight but somehow, they fit like honey in a comb.
Soft, sticky, and oh so satisfying.
Their chemistry? Instant. Their plan? Just a fling. The reality? WHOOPS feelings happened.🐝💛
Tropes I’m buzzing about: 🖤 A swoony country singer with emotional baggage 🐝A runaway bee queen learning to stay still ➡️ Fling to a Thing 🌾 Forced Proximity 🏡 Returning Home 💔 Emotional Healing 🌼 Small Town Romance
Brooke and Gable’s journey is full of heart, humor, and the kind of love that sneaks up on you when you least expect it.
A perfect summer read that proves sometimes the sweetest adventures are the ones that bring you home. 💐🌞
I can’t wait to return to Bolan for more! 🐝💕

Thank you Nina Crespo and Harlequin Romance for the opportunity to read this gifted arc and happy release day!
A Honey for the Beekeeper is sweet and beautifully written romance, at the heart is a story of working to overcome past traumas while developing a beautiful relationship. Brooke is a wanderlust but is weary of attaching herself to any one place out of self preservation. She is trying to protect her heart at all costs, even if that means not getting to close to anyone. However, once a year she returns to her family's small town farm to assist. Gabe was a rising country music star, but he didn't bargain on the fame that came with his success so he left it all behind to live a simple life. When Brooke and Gabe meet their chemistry is something neither of them expected, but it can't be denied.
Crespo takes the reader on such an array of emotions, I felt it all along with the characters. I loved how strong the characters bond was and it continues to build in depth as the story progressed. I am starting to realize that my favorite type of romances are those that can balance the deeper subjects while also being a safe place for readers to feel vulnerable. Thank you so much to the author that sent the most adorable care package along with the gifted book. It's a perfect read as the weather starts to warm up.
I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to @ninacrespowrites and @literarymediatours for the incredibly thoughtful gift of the book and delightful goodies.
This romance novel captivated me from the very first page. I found myself completely immersed in the lives of the characters, Brooke and Gable. Their journey toward love was beautifully crafted, highlighting Brooke’s adventurous spirit and Gable’s grounded nature, creating a perfect match that drew me in. The depth of their story was heightened by their shared experiences of loss, as they navigated their pain together and demonstrated deep support for one another.
The tension in Brooke’s relationship with her sister added an emotional layer that was both heartbreaking and relatable. Their growth throughout the story was truly inspiring as they learned to be there for each other.
Set against a backdrop bursting with vibrant flowers, buzzing bees, and sunshine, the picturesque small-town atmosphere was simply enchanting.
If you have a passion for contemporary romance rich with small-town charm, you won’t want to miss this book. It’s the first installment in a promising series, and I’m eagerly anticipating more to come. Mark your calendars—this gem is set to be published on May 25, 2025!

My 💭
BEE prepared to fall in love with this little town of Bolan where our MC's Brooke and Gable stumble upon each other. One returning for her annual visit of bee keeping and the other for his escape.
This sweet and a little spicy story grabs you from the beginning and has you cheering for the HEA. Gable and Brooke give themselves the season to be a situationship but quickly it turns to more. Both hiding behind loss before they will open up to love.
I loved 🖤🤍💛 the small town feel, finding love and growing that the MC's did together and apart. Along with Brooke repairing her relationship with her sister. This the start of a series and I can't wait for more!
What you get 🖤 Small Town 🐝Fling to Real Thing 💛Learning to Love
I enjoyed this romance story of finding the courage to love after a loss. Set amongst the fields and hives of Bishop Honey Bee Farm it is the story of Brooke and Gable. Brooke is a bee whisperer but never stays very long on the family farm. Her relationship with the farm and her sister is complicated and strained. Gable is trying to break into country music but after a tragic loss he puts music aside and moves to the farm next to Bishop Honey Bee Farm. When Brooke and Bishop meet there is an instant connection but both agree that their time together is temporary. Is it fear of losing someone important to them again that is holding them back or the call of their separate futures? The characters are relatable, the farm and small town setting appealing and the story of love and loss and fear compelling. The addition of the complicated family relationship between Brooke and her sister and the way it is tied to the family farm was an integral part of the story. This is the start of a series and I can’t wait for the next book! I recommend this book to readers that enjoy romance.
Thanks to Literary Media Tours for the gifted copy. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

This surprised me and may be one of my favorite contemporary reads this year! This charming small-town romance follows Brooke Bishop, an adventurous spirit who returns to her family’s bee farm after inheriting it with her estranged sister. There, she meets Gable Kincaid, a country singer seeking refuge from fame. Their unexpected connection blossoms amidst the buzz of beekeeping and the warmth of community.

The romance is rich and authentic, capturing the nuances of Black love with grace and depth. Crespo masterfully crafts characters that feel real, relatable, and impossible not to root for. The small-town setting adds an extra layer of coziness, making readers feel like they're right there, walking among the town's vibrant streets and savoring its local charm. The community dynamics and the heartfelt connections create a backdrop that enhances the story’s emotional depth.
If you're looking for a heartwarming, swoon-worthy romance with great characters and a setting that feels like home, A Honey For The Beekeeper is the perfect read. Nina Crespo has crafted something truly special—can’t wait to see where this series goes next!
Brooke is the FMC and Gable is the MMC. Gable is struggling with the loss of his friend and also feeling blame for it. Brooke lost both of her parents. They become neighbors but eventually they also become something more…
I had a lot of fun reading this romance. I felt the love but I also felt the loss. You go through so many emotions with this book. I love the fact that Brooke is OBSESSED with saving bees. It honestly makes me want to do a better job with saving bees. You learn a lot of cool bee and honey facts throughout the book. Which is an added bonus. The love that grows between Brooke and Gable is stunning. There were some humorous parts of the book where I literally “laughed out loud” Gables nickname for Brooke had me kicking my feet every time he said it “Sun Angel” And the freaking GAZEBO! 😭😭😭
Thank you Nina Crespo and Literary media Tours for the gifted copy of A honey for the beekeeper!
Thank you Nina Crespo and Literary Media Tours for the gifted ARC! 🫶🏻
This heartwarming story surprised me in the best way. This book is is equal parts sweet and emotional, weaving themes of healing, family, and unexpected love with the cozy charm of a small town.
Brooke and Gable are both carrying emotional baggage (hers rooted in a complicated family history, his in the pressures of fame) and watching them navigate their pain together was genuinely moving. Their individual growth throughout the book made their romance feel even more earned and meaningful. 💛
Set against the backdrop of a bee farm (yes, it’s as charming as it sounds 🐝), this book offers more than a typical small-town romance. It gently explores heavier topics without losing its sense of hope or warmth.
If you’re in the mood for a story that’s both sweet and soul-soothing, this one’s for you.
✨𝐓𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐝:✨ 🐝 Small town romance 🍯 Returning home 🐝 Country singer 🍯 Emotional healing 🐝 Fling to a thing
I loved the instant connection between Gable and Brooke and how quickly they really became important to each other. Their relationship was fun and I appreciated that we got a good glimpse of their connection even without the explicit spicy scenes.
Both characters had some trauma they had to overcome and I’m glad they were able to grow and move beyond their pasts. Brooke finally found her peace at home whereas she was a wanderer before, traveling the country taking odd jobs to keep her occupied and away from home. Gable felt immense guilt over the loss of his friend when realistically it wasn’t his fault.
The beekeeping information was really interesting and I’m glad it wasn’t just glossed over since it was set on a bee farm and Brooke had become the head beekeeper.
Overall I enjoyed this book and it’s a good book to add to your summer TBR!
Thank you Nina and Literary Media Tours for the ARC! 🐝
First of all, can we please appreciate this lovely cover?😍
The blurb is very well written.
As Brooke and Gable meet after tiny accident, their attraction to one another is clear. They acclimate to life in the town and settle into the rhythm of their temporary stay while also forming a friendship.
Brooke's strained relationship with her sister makes settling in difficult, but Gable is a welcome distraction.
They fall into an understanding of sorts..only till the end of the season.
This book had some funny, cute, spicy, tender and emotional moments and was such a pleasure to read on a lazy afternoon.
The extra knowledge on Bee's I acquired is also a definite plus.
Many Thanks to Author Nina Crespo and Literary Media Tours for the ARC and opportunity to read and share my thoughts.
First in the Bishop Honey Bee Farm series, in which beekeeper Brooke Bishop is home but not for long. She just needs a break from her regular jobs which take place all over the world. There she meets a new neighbor, one Gable Kincaid, who's also taking a break from being a country musician and trying to get over his guilt that a friend had died too soon, too young, and all because Gable thinks he should have seen the signs of his heart disease.
While Brooke is certain she doesn't want to stay on the bee farm with her sister, she also finds herself attracted to Gable, so they agree to a relationship just for fun. No biggie, no real relationship, just a short-term thing before each leave the area.
Trouble is, both decide to come back to stay. But will this also mean they get together for real?
This book is realistic and sweet. I loved the writing of this book. The plot was what grabbed me and drew me in. I enjoyed all the bee terms and learning about the bees. Bees are a steady theme throughout the book. It pulls me towards summer.
I love the realistic troubles the MCs go through. Brooke and Gable are adorable. The fact they do not push but lean on each other is done just right. They have their struggles to get through. Brooke is more family-related and Gable's is his music career. Their relationship is so sweet.
The multiple pov's are always a favorite of mine. This book is filled with heavy topics handled with care. It is balanced with levity and tender moments. If you like multiple POVs, one-night stands, forced proximity, and small towns this is for you
A Honey for the Beekeeper is a sweet and heartwarming small town romance. Brooke is always chasing adventure and avoiding her past, especially her family’s bee farm. But when she’s forced to return and deal with her estranged sister, she’s also faced with unexpected feelings, especially after meeting Gable, a country singer looking for peace and healing. I really liked how Brooke and Gable helped each other grow. Their connection felt real, with just the right mix of emotional depth and chemistry. The story also did a great job showing how Brooke and her sister slowly rebuilt their bond. The small-town setting was beautiful and calming, filled with sunshine, flowers, and buzzing bees. If you enjoy slow-burn romance with second chances and family healing, this book is a lovely read.
An accident that was unpredictable at best, and serendipity at worst draws together Brooke and Gable. But either way, it brought together a situationship that was meant to last, but can it? With Brooke ready to hightail it out of town the second she can, will the budding relationship fail, or will they be able to work it out?
Nina Crespo wove together a book that was full of heart, heat, and feeling. I am looking forward to reading more books by her in the future. If you've never picked up a Crespo book, do it now, and make it this book. Not only will you learn to love love, but you'll learn to appreciate bees as well.
I'd like to thank @ninacrespowrites and @literarymediatours for the opportunity to read this wonderful book.
'She never stayed in one place for long… Until she felt the sweet sting of love'.
A Honey for the Beekeeper was a gorgeous and beautiful book. From beginning to end, it made me feel all warm and cosy inside. Brooke and Gable were adorable, and at first, they appear to be on the very same page, just up for an 'in the moment' relationship. No strings, no ties, and all ready to enjoy spending time together while they're living in the same place. Short-term is what they both want...or is it?
If I had the space and an agreeable husband, I'd love to try my hand at beekeeping, what better way to spend those summer days than caring for the delightful honeybees. Surprisingly I learnt quite a lot, just from reading Nina's lovely book!
I loved how Nina sensitively dealt with both Gable and Brooke's individual stories, how they come to terms with loss and eventually how communicating with other people, can actually help.
If you are in the mood for a cute, sweet romance, then pick up a copy of Nina's new book. I'll definitely be back for the next in the series.
Thank you to Literary Media Tours and Nina Crespo for the opportunity to read and review A Honey for the Beekeeper.
I have to say, this was a new to me author, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But this story was beautifully written, and I experienced so many emotions while reading it.
Both Brooke and Gable were at crossroads in their lives. Gable was running from a life he once thought he wanted, but no longer felt he deserved after suffering a loss. Brooke, on the other hand, wanted to be anywhere but on her family’s farm with her sister.
I absolutely loved the way these two met but I’m not giving that away because you need to read the book yourself! Their attraction and chemistry were instant. While their journey and summer plans(who doesn’t love a summer fling lol) were fun and lighthearted at times, the author skillfully wove in deeper themes and meaningful conversations. These heavier moments were essential for both characters to confront their personal traumas and find their own happiness.
This is the perfect read for a summer beach day or a relaxing picnic in the park. I’m especially glad it’s the first book in a series, because I’m definitely not ready to say goodbye to these characters just yet.
This was a heartwarming and absolutely Beautiful. I especially loved how the FMC was a Beekeeper, which is not a position you see many Black women in. I also enjoyed how they communicated and learned to lean on each other. Small town romances has been one of my favorite troupes, and the author did such a great job with the story. It was swoonworthy and masterfully written. I can't wait for the next book in the series
I received a copy of the book via Literary Media Management and am voluntarily leaving an honest review of my own thoughts and Opinions
I would classify this story as The Perfect Summer Time read ☀️This story was beautifully written and gave me a big range of emotions! This story does not Sugar coat. Brooke is very strong-willed and doesn’t open up. Gable is the one who tares down those walls. The character build is the best part of this story. Seeing how Brooke and Gable work through their personal issues really made this story great.
