Born in Pensacola, Florida, Phaedra is the eldest of four children. She began writing in notebooks with her best friend in middle school. After leaving college for a job in the Graphic Arts industry, Phaedra continued her love of writing in her spare time and was lucky enough at a writer's conference to meet Dean Wesley Smith, who later became her writing mentor, along with his wife, the bestselling mystery/fantasy/romance/science fiction writer, Kristine Kathryn Rusch.
Phaedra lives in Atlanta, Georgia. When not writing, she and her daughter spend their time playing games, letterboxing, or watching anime.
Loved the story but holy mother-truckin' typo central!! Phaedra if you ever read this get in touch and I'll proof your work free of charge. There were some glaring errors there that just didn't need to happen. Otherwise, keep the series coming. Love it!
Rating 3.5. I liked this series more so for the romance in the actual story line from the fantasy/fiction aspect. In this story most of the leading men are in love with Zoe which are Daniel, Dags and Joe. But Daniel died, Dags once he was in control of his mind thought Zoe was a monster and left and Joe. This story centers around finding him and another plane has been added to existing four that we know about. I find it hard to remember and confusing all these planes and the people/beings that exist on it since these books are a year or more apart and since it seems like no end. Now in reality we know outside of earth it is endless but I wonder what the point of these various planes and what is the end game. So I'm reading but my main focus is what happens between Zoe and Joe which was a lot. I was not sure if I wanted to continue in this series but because of the way it ended I'm being pulled back in.
Great stories, but the mistakes, errors (ebook) and the inconsistencies in the stories drove me nuts! Could easily be a 4 star, but the author would need to stop charging what happened in the previous books to fit the current books plotline. It's also extremely confusing that one have to read the short stories in between each book, or one would be totally lost, so quit with the short stories already...
