I've been desperately waiting to continue the journey of Caston & Bre, and from the moment I picked it up I was hooked.
Book 2 takes you on the emotional journey of the aftermath of were book 1 ended. With the added twist, how do you overcome to something that you were lead to believe all your life was a blatant lie.
We watch the characters go through the turmoil as all these developments unfold, and the impact that these consequences bring to their life’s.
There's everything you need from this book, twists, turns, surprises, and hot sex that keeps your gripped with every page.
If like me, you'll just fall even deeper in love with the characters.
I would highly recommend this title. Fantastic read.

Caston and Sabrina have a long road ahead of them in the second book of the Black Hollywood Duology. It’s not going to be easy. Well on their way to finding their happily ever after in the first book and everything they knew was changed in a instant. Can they find the strength and courage to pick up the pieces and put their lives back together? Will they find their happily ever after or will Beverly get the last word in and prevent them from reaching their every dream?
Sabrina is trying to recover from the terrible shooting that left her in the hospital clinging to life at the end of the first book but Caston is not going to give up on her. He knows what they have is a love for all of time, forever. But faced with the fate that she will never dance again, Sabrina’s dreams are slowly being pulled right from her. She is the same spirited person to everyone that sees her, but there is so much more going on. The scars left from the shooting are only visible on her leg, it’s the scars that we can’t see that have changed her. But she has the love and support of the most amazing man in the world and that keeps her pushing despite the odds.
Caston on the other hand is about to learn that everything he thought about his life was a complete lie. His past was taken from him and he was robbed of his youth. But with his amazing security team, he is hoping that he can put the pieces together and come out the victor in the life he has been given.
This book was intense. It was a hard emotional struggle for both of these characters, but there was so much more than their own turmoil wreaking havoc. Sabrina and Caston are destined to be together and they are the picture perfect couple, but the odds are not in their favor and every time they move, the story shifts, the plot thickens and we are left on the edge of our seats wondering what else could possibly happen.
It is not a perfect world out there, but these two can’t seem to catch a break no matter how much they try and how much they love. Each twist and each turn just kept me flipping through the pages in this saga. It was gripping, heart breaking, touching and loving. The steam is still there and the passion is still there, but with everything going against them, I continuously sat back and wondered if they were ever going to make it to their happily ever after.
This was a hot read as much as the first one, but there were so many unexpected twists and turns in this story my brain and my heart were in a constant struggle. You want the power of love to be the ultimate, but with the forces of revenge, it just makes you think it is hopeless for these two.
I loved the characters in this series as much the second time around as I did in the first book, but I wasn’t sure if my heart was going to survive it. This book was well written and full of complete angst, drama and passion. It is a must read and I will definately be revisiting Cass and Bre’s story again.

This story is a continuation from the first book which ended in one hell of an explosive scene. This book literally picks up from straight after the first and the prologue grabs you straight back into the story again with Sabrina being taken into the hospital and Caston desperate not to lose her and then continues on to the aftermath of what Beverly did and how Sabrina and Caston both cope. As with the first book though, things with this couple are never easy or straightforward.

I gave the first in this series 3.5 stars, it had great potential but just didn’t quite reach up to it, so I went into this story with high hopes that progress had been made and that this book reached that potential. And I was really happy that after the first few chapters I knew I was going to enjoy this story more than the first.
“How do you have so much faith?”
“Because you won’t let anything stand in your way”
What made this story an improvement on the first was the plot and the evil characters! I loved the excitement and suspense of this plot, it was fast paced from the beginning and it kept me 100% hooked and the evil characters such as Beverly who was one messed up bitch but I loved her! So evil and absolutely crazy and the added dimension of Mark and his evil and cruel intentions but also his desire to please his “mistress.” Some of the story lines were far fetched but they went so well with this intense and over top story that I didn’t mind.
” I want to be her strength when she feels like it’s gone”
I enjoyed Bre and Caston’s characters a lot more in this one as well. Caston sounded and acted a lot more real in this book. He was still protective, sexy, caring and a little over the top but as with first story I loved that about him and it suited his personality. Bre wasn’t so naive this time, she was actually brave and quite strong and determined, she was someone I could relate to and hope that she got her happily ever after.
Overall I really enjoyed this story and definitely feel it made progress from the first, with a really exciting and intense plot line and with more believable characters. I truly believe that with each new book this author writes, the stories will just get better and better.

I Won't Give Up On You begins right where Have I Told You left off, so you will need to read it first.
In the aftermath of the events at the end of Have I Told You, Caston and Sabrina (Bre)are struggling to come to terms with what it means for both of them.
Bre's dance career is over before it begins, Caston is shattered that he nearly lost the woman he loves.
Caston and Bre ride a rollerscoaster during the course of this book. While they deal with Bre's recovery and moving forward with their fledgling relationship, there is so many outside forces trying to keep them apart.
Beverly is up to her old antics, and throwing in a few new ones while she is at it. She is an evil cow, there absolutely nothing redeeming about her at all! With the help of Bre's ex Mark, the chaos and havoc they cause is unbelievable.
Caston is also forced to deal with lies from his past that are affecting him deeply to this day. How the people in his life, his so called family could treat him they way they do with so little thought about what it does to him is pretty despicable really. Though there may be a couple of little outcomes at the end that make me despise their behaviour a little less. But not much.
While there are the horrible characters, there are also those that I love love love. Jon and Sara are fantastic, especially Sara. There are a few "awkward" moments between Sara and Bre too ~~ just a little bit hot there too!!
We also catch a sneak peak into the future, but I am not going to tell you what happens there, you will have to read for yourself.
FL Jacob has weaved a tale of love and lies, hope and dreams. There is intrigue and suspense, twists and turns at every page. And there is some hot sexy times too (can't forget them, can we!)
I Won't Give Up On You is a perfect conclusion to Caston and Bre's story, and I can't wait to see what FL Jacob gives us next.

I received this book by the Author for an honest review.
I was so glad to have this book waiting for me after reading Have I Told You because if I would have had to wait to continue reading would have been torture.
This left off where Have I Told You ended. Sabrina was recovering from the shooting and had to deal with the possibility of not being able to dance again. Caston was determined that he would not let her give up on her dream. All the while the two were dealing with the demons that kept creeping out of their closets.
There were some great unexpected twist, talk about a roller coaster ride. Just when I thought things were going to be OK that is when something would come up and shock me. I loved how protective, supportive, and loving Caston was toward Sabrina. The secret Caston’s Dad was keeping GASP I was floored and didn’t even see that one coming. I loved the friendship that Sabrina, Beth and Sara have and the shopping scene was great. Beverly and her accomplice were still evil as can be and how she was able to do what all she did was shocking. Beverly’s accomplice was one I was not expecting either.
I was hooked on this from the time I opened it to the time I finished the last page. The way the story came to a close was great. I loved all the twist and turns this book took. There were times when I found myself laughing and other times I was crying and my heart was aching for them. I am a sucker for a great epilogue and this one was a great one. I cannot wait to read about Beth and Jake.
One of my favorite lines came from Caston:
“I love to see your smile first thing in the morning, it lights up my day, and it’s the thing I love to see right before my eyes close for the night. You complete my day. I love to watch when you meet someone for the first time and they see your smile. You brighten a room, and people flock to you just from your smile.”

If you haven't read Have I Told You, you need to go get a copy, because I Won't Give Up on You starts off exactly where it left off. These books are worth the read.
After a shooting, Sabrina slips back into her old ways, feeling insecure. It is effecting her and Caston's relationship. Caston, being the light in Sabrina's darkness will try to show her how beautiful she is, not only on the inside but the outside as well.
Caston is wrapped up in a world of lies and deceit. After already having a dramatic upbringing this only makes it harder on him. He needs Sabrina to steer him in the right directions and be by his side, because he can't do it on his own.
Sabrina and Caston can't catch a break, just when you think they will finally get their HEA, Beverly has other plans. Beverly seems to know how to work the law for her advantage, and manipulates others into helping her succeed in destroying Sabrina and Caston's relationship. She will go to any lengths to get what she wants.
I was so wrapped up in this story. Sabrina and Caston's relationship is filled with love, drama, and page melting hot sex. I enjoy reading books like this because I get so emotionally involved with the characters. From the beginning I wanted Caston and Sabrina to get their HEA and Beverly to rot in hell, she is one crazy bitch. Caston is so sexy and going on my list of favorite book boyfriends. I really liked the multiple POVs, it added so much to the entire story. Definitely recommend reading these books.

Waiting for a sequel sucks. But this one was totally worth it. The HOTness that was the first one carried over, and the story feels complete now. After Have I Told You’s brutal cliffhanger, I was worried that I wouldn’t get the payoff that I was looking for in the sequel. I worried that it was going to feel like a long drawn out ending for the entire book, but FL Jacob gave me everything I wanted in the second book. Plenty of character growth, plenty of suspense and intrigue, and the plentiful sexy times from the first book carried right over to this one! Super hot! The book picks up exactly where the first one ended and I was immediately sucked back in to hating Beverly with every fiber of my being and being desperately worried that things would not work out the way that I hoped they would. When the book was all said and done, I was a happy girl; complete with the warm and fuzzies. I Won’t Give Up on You was an extended part of a love story. We knew that our Hero and heroine were in love when the first book ended, but we didn’t know all of the secrets and we didn’t have a firm conclusion to the drama that plagued their lives and put them in danger. A well done sequel that is definitely worth the one-click. Thanks, FL Jacob for giving me a complete and well written story about Sabrina and Caston. I am smitten and excited to read Beth and Jake’s novella later this year.

5 Awesome Stars of Sexiness
F.L. Jacob has done it again! She has given us a wonderful story filled with sexiness that you will devour from beginning to end! I cried, I laughed, I shouted (hey, don't judge, it happens to the best of us), and I thoroughly enjoyed every second of Sabrina and Caston's story.
I Won't Give Up on You picks right up where Have I Told You leaves off so I HIGHLY recommend reading them in order! We once again find ourselves surrounded by some of our favorite characters as they fight for their happily ever after. This book is filled with wonderful twists and turns that will leave you turning the pages as quickly as possible. I was NEVER able to get enough! F.L. Jacob has a talent for always giving you enough while always making you want more. That's how wonderful this story is. And don't even get me started on the heat! The sex scenes are on FIRE and you will definitely need a fire extinguisher to put out the flames that ignite between Sabrina and Caston. Hot, steamy, and just how I like it!
You will be hooked from beginning to end! So do yourself a favor, if you haven't read Have I Told You, then hurry up and read it and then jump right into I Won't Give Up on You. You will not regret it and will love every second that you are immersed in Sabrina and Caston's story.

Oh MY GASTON!! And Bre! :)
She has gone and done it again! She who, F.L. Jacob is whom I am referring to! This all encompassing love story started out in the first book, Have I Told You which I recommend reading first, and showed us how much heat and devotion Caston has for Sabrina even through some tough issues, then BANG we were left hanging! We all waited, very patiently I might add, and then BOOM “I Won’t Give Up On You” came and started where book one left us. Amazing!
IWGUOY continues the journey of the lives of Cass and Bre with the twist and turns in the suspense that tries to invade them. But the deep connection between these two is enough to make you swoon and sweat. HOLY HOTNESS do we sweat! The sexy in this book does not disappoint! This book has it all, the laughter, the suspense and the epic love story. Ms. Jacob does a wonderful job of bringing us through from beginning to end hitting all your emotions.
I look forward to the growing of F.L. Jacob and her writing and All Is Read is thankful for the advance copy that was gifted for reviewing.

This was AMAZING....Bre was in a coma for a month before she woke up to fine that ugly scar on her legs and was told she could never dance. On top of that Beverly s getting out on ball because the bullet wasnt fired from her gun and she has hired Mark as her flunky. Caston is ringing himself out with worrying about Bre, finding a way to keep her safe, getting Beverly back behind bars, running is companies and now finds out his mother is still alive. Ass lies, backstabbers and photographers and a run in with a formal magazine star trying to get to Caston's bed, his like is one big headache. Bre has many ups and downs in this book from the shooting, Bev out of jail, Mark tailing her, wedding and medication is all taken a toll on her but just a hint about this she will have the best news ever towards the end, something she was told she new could have again after the abuse Mark caused her when she was carrying before, and now Bre, Cass and their new family are luving in the peace they deserve. The next book I cant wait to read. Its Bre's best friend Beth and Jake, Cass's Vegas bodyguard. I cant wait......

We get the continuation of Caston and Sabrina in this novel. It picks up right where Have I Told You left off in the hospital. My body and mind experienced a more emotional connection with Sabrina and Caston in this second installment. What I felt was missing in Have I Told You was made up for in this novel. We get more emotion and heart from Cas and Bre which made my deeper connection solid. Those out to cause them hurt and pain are back at it, bringing forth the angst that drives me in a book. We see all the connections from various POVs and it all comes to a head. We experience the emotional connection with Bre's dancing, the pain and sorrow Bre and Cas endure regarding their parents, the hope for happier tomorrow's. I also felt more connected with Beth and Sara during this installment-the light and fun they bring to their friendship with Sabrina. I Won't Give Up On You is about hope, strength, and courage to battle through, which Sabrina and Caston's story brought truth to this title. Give this a try and find your next crush!

I was gifted a copy of this book for an honest review
**2nd book in the duology Have I Told You
I was really excited to be able to review this book and it very much lived up to my expectations. I really enjoyed reading the conclusion to Caston and Sabrina’s story. As with the first one this one was HOT HOT HOT.
This story takes up where the first one leaves off. With Sabrina in the hospital after the attack and Caston as the ever worrisome alpha (that I love). This book shows how much love there is between Sabrina and Caston and you definitely feel it as they go through everything.
The author does an amazing job taking you through the book with both their points of view. I always really enjoy seeing it from both view’s. I personally thought it was a great finish to this series.

Loved loved loved this book!
This is the continuation of Cason and Sabrina's story.
There is so much to their story I loved every minute of it. I could not put this book down.

FL Jacob has done it again, and this time is better than ever!!!!!!!!
As you continue to follow Bre and Caston's love story and the rest of the drama, you will find yourself feeling all the emotions they were going thru. I couldn't put the book down until I had read the last word.
As we left off last book, Bre had been shot by Beverly, Caston felt his world was falling a part without her. Caston faces a lot of life changes experiences in this installment, as well as Sabrina. Is their love strong enough to survived them all or is it too fragile and will break for good.
Can Sabrina survived the shooting and if she does will she stays with Caston and fight for their love?
Well, you have to read the book to find out and believe me you will not be disappointed. I know I wasn't

I have to say that this book was just as good as the first. I love that there was two people who finally got there happy ever after. I wish things were different for Mark since he finally found someone who he fell in love with. When you think that happiness could not happen this book will show you that it can happen. I have so also say that you will emotionally get involved and attached the the characters in this book. I cant wait for the fall to be able to read about Jake new life. Will there be as happy as the Blacks.

it's been months since I read the first book but the story line, drama and character development easily brought it all back to me at the beginning of book 2 ... I love the way F.L. Jacobs developments secondary characters without taking anything away from the main characters .. I fell in love with Caston & Sabrina all over again! I can't wait to read the next release!

My Thoughts
I won an e-copy of this novel in a contest, mentioned I was a book reviewer, and promised the Author a review. Unfortunately, I was completely annoyed when I realized this was book 2 in the Black Hollywood Series. Book 1, Have I Told You, ended with a cliffhanger, and book 2 picks up where book 1 ended. Was I confused? -Yes. Did I eventually figure it out? -Yes, eventually I was able to piece everything together. (BTW, the Author does warn in the beginning of the book that you should read book 1 first).
Immediately, from page one. you are thrown into the action and drama that is Caston and Sabrina. She is in a coma and he is standing vigil, praying she will wake up and come back to him. Caston can’t imagine life without her.
Without reading book 1, you get a taste of Caston’s devotion to Sabrina.
Sabrina does wake up, and from there on it is nothing but sex, drama, and tears. Literally, every other scene Sabrina is crying. And she doesn’t just cry when she is depressed; she cries after sex, and when she is happy too!
All of her crying made me crazy… Enough already with the crying, lady! Take a zoloft!
Fortunately, the story was told from three different povs; Caston, Sabrina, and Mark’s perspectives were all reflected. Thank God. I don’t think I could have read this book if the POV was strictly Sabrina’s.
Speaking of Mark, (the villain); I enjoyed his character the most. Isn’t that weird? Aren’t you supposed to HATE the villain?
“All I want to do is strip her and claim her as mine…”
I enjoyed the author’s erotica writing style and how she crafted the sex scenes. Mark, the villain, likes rough sex, and he doesn’t seem to discriminate. Caston and Sabrina have a lot of sex, but it is tender love; romantic and sweet. Depending on your personal taste of erotica, you will get it all with this novel. BDSM “Sub” play -check, tender love making -check, sex with strangers -check, girl on girl -check. You get the drift.
Overall, I give this novel 3/5 stars. If you are interested in a novel with a strong alpha male, a damsel in some serious distress, soooo much drama, and lots of sex, you should give this series a chance!

I Won't Give Up On You is the second book in the Have I Told You Series and picks up straight from where we were left at the end of Have I Told You with Sabrina having been hurt and on her way to hospital. We follow the couple throughout the turmoil of dealing with her injuries and the aftermath of the shooting and the long lasting effect that the injuries have on Sabrina.
Once again this book is loaded with twists and turns and the unexpected as the people responsible for the shooting come to light and Caston does his best to try and protect Sabrina from further threats. He is also thrown into turmoil as he learns of the truth behind the lies he has believed all his life. Both Sabrina and Caston are struggling with how their pasts have played out and how that is effecting their lives as adults.
I am a bit of a loss as to what more to say about this book as it is a book of two halves the first half had so much going on that it was hard to keep up with all the characters and the side plots and I struggled to get into the story. Then the second half just felt rushed and rather than learn of events as they happened we heard of them in the main characters monologues as a way of tying up the story.
And in all honestly the first half of the book was just way too much sex. Don't get me wrong I like sex in a book but it was every chapter and not just the main characters of the story but also a side character engaged in sex more than once in a chapter with different people, it just seemed like overkill for me!! Then again, the second half of the book nothing, none, no sex at all.
I also struggled with the issue of bringing the world of D/s into a book with such a flimsy idea of what this kind of relationship involves, characters were flipping from Dominant to submissive at the drop of a hat and it just didn't seem relevant to the story at all, surely a character could have been coerced into helping someone commit a crime with a better back story than being told to drop to their knees by someone that they have never met, especially given that the character has previously been portrayed as aggressive and abusive.
However, I actually enjoyed the last quarter of the book more than the rest of the book and was glad to see things work out for Sabrina and Caston with a cute epilogue at the end.
Sadly once again there are a lot of editing issues in this book which I felt distracted me from reading and so I have marked down the book to reflect this and so just 3 stars for me as I am unable to award 3.5 stars.

This is the second part to the novel Have I Told You by F.L Jacob, this is where we were introduced to Sabrina Bennet and magazine owner Caston Black. The story left with a horrible shooting of Sabrina by Caston’s crazy step- mother Beverly. It focuses on Sabrina’s recovery as she regains the usage of her leg and wonders whether she will ever dance again. Caston is the loving fiance and is doting on her every word.
Beverly is not finished causing havoc for these two and it seems that she has teemed up with Sabrina’s ex- boyfriend Marc in order to become even more dangerous. I thought the relationship between the two of them was an amazing extra. I loved how they fought for control of the bedroom and it was well done to see their dymanics changing through the story.
Caston learns some news about his birth mother and he needs to deal with those secrets and face the real truth about his past and who he really is.
The two of them go full force planning their wedding, which promises to be large and beautiful.
I really love the emotion that these two share for one another and after knowing that Beverly is still plotting I was almost scared to turn the page, you know that she is going to do something. But when? and what? Eek, truly suspenseful.
True to form the two love birds can not keep their hands off one another and their are many hot love scenes.
I would say that reading the first book is definately a necessity and I would even recommend reading them close together. I found I had to go back and glance through the first one to re-acquaint myself with some background information.
I would recommend this story to all romance readers and would rate it a 4/5.
