Feel unprepared for the leadership challenges you face? Want to see kingdom transformation but don’t know where to begin? As Christian leaders, we often feel dissatisfied with the status quo or overwhelmed by rapid cultural shifts. We know something needs to change, but the fear of uncertainty, loss, or pain leaves us clinging to ineffective systems and practices.
Drawing from Jesus' life and ministry, leadership catalyst and coach Rich Robinson outlines a four-phase framework to navigate adaptive challenges and help you and your organization
· Envision a future guided by kingdom imagination · Unearth key insights through experiential learning · Craft core principles that are contextually applicable · Mobilize everyone to contribute to a kingdom cause
Whether you lead a church, nonprofit, faith-driven venture, denomination, or network, All Change will challenge, inspire, and empower you to embark on a communal, courageous, and Spirit-led change process that will unlock kingdom potential.
All Change' is like a breath of fresh air, for me. It couldn't have come out at a better time while I am yet on another ‘wilderness journey’ to recalibrate and renew my spirit for whatever the Lord has for me. I am sure I will read this book often, to ensure that I am focussed on the ‘true north.’ It is not a book, one can speed-read, it needs to be read slowly and meditatively to ensure the truths get deeply embedded and inculcated into life.
Coming from the global south where we are immersed in a multiethnic, multicultural atmosphere day in and day out, many books from the global north tend to give standardized approaches which often does not seem relevant in our context. However, Robinson’s book ‘All Change’ reminds me of an old sage in the desert offering wisdom to weary travelers and emphasizing the need to be still and listen to God’s voice while keeping track of God-orchestrated signs, in the heavens and on the earth. All Change’ is not a road map with all the details spelt out; there are no quick-fix solutions, no cookie-cut answers, no simple steps that one can take. It however calls for deep reflection, confession of brutal truths, and capture God’s dream for us through prayer and meditation. It is a book for spiritual formation and renewal within an individual, subsequently causing a ripple effect of change among the selected core group, who will in turn eventually impact their circles of influence and the world.
This is a book for those who are eager to live with a kingdom mindset; for those who will continue to serve even when there’s minimal transformation in their lifetime, like John the Baptist whose life was taken away tragically but one who was known to be ‘great in the sight of the Lord’ (Luke 1:15)
All Change by Rich Robinson is a transformative masterpiece that guides Christian leaders through the uncharted territories of modern leadership with a powerful, Spirit-led process. Grounded in the life and ministry of Jesus, Robinson's framework empowers readers to dream, discover, design, and deploy their vision to unlock kingdom potential.
Whether leading a church, nonprofit, or faith-driven organization, this book is an indispensable tool for anyone looking to catalyze change and create lasting impact. A truly inspiring read that's as practical as it is profound.
It’s a must read for organizational and movement leaders!
This book is an excellent resource for re-imaging the church and creating a leadership team to support this. Its abundance of resources including videos and supporting notes/questions give you a structure to work from. Would recommend it to anyone who is wanting to see change in their Kingdom communities
Clear and compelling summary of Rich’s learning around movement and change. It comes from years as a coach, practitioner and mentor. I’ve benefitted from his input many times.
