This is the 3rd book of an interconnected stand alone series.
Chasing Sarah was beautifully written even though there are dark subjects. Make sure to read the TW.
The story is about Sarah. How she lost her brothers and how she met Paige. There’s a storyline from the past which allows the reader to understand why and who Sarah is.
One night, she and Paige go out to a new club in town and meets Rhys. It doesn’t take long for them to be together but Sarah is so scared she’ll lose him again. She already feels that in a way she’s losing Paige because she started going out with Declan.
Sarah feels the need to be helpful when the boys go mission so she learns their “trade” and soon goes on a mission with them only to be face to face with an enemy from the past.
This dark mafia story holds found family, so much love, mental health rep. They’re absolutely “touch her and 💀” and have cute foreign language petnames.

I recommend but make sure to read the TW. There’s a lot of “pew pew”, torture and death.

Im so sad to finish. I loved Sarah story & Rhys .obviously Paige and Sarah friendship/ family bond she loves Paige so much.the flashbacks of her brothers had me crying n emotional wreck her oldest brother Xander he truly the father figure I love them all but Xander would do anything to protect Sarah my heart still sad from it. The way Sarah trained and overcame, she is badass one, too
Eddie, I truly hate him so much
My man rhys oh my goodness he is perfection, the way he knew and tried his best in certain situations the way you can feel when he had that softer side to him when he is with Sarah

. Katies writing style manages to make you feel all the emotions that Sarah and the other characters feel. You learn more about Sarah’s life and you learn about Sarahs 3 brothers and get a glimpse into each one of their personalites and struggles. Rhys and Sarahs relationship definitely had defying moments a plenty of spice. Rhys as definitely never going to give up on getting the woman of his dreams. You get to see the fight that Rhys had to win Sarahs trust and love. I’m so glad that Katie decided to include such an amazing back story of sarahs life while making it relevant to the story.
You learn about Eddie and the rescues of Emily and Paige. I’m so sad that the Moore mafia series has come to an end. It ended on such a tear jerking high not that it’s hard not to love the Moore Mafia.

At 18 years old, Sarah skips town after a traumatic event. While she is traveling to New York she stumbles upon a girl ready to end her life (Paige) she convinces her to come with and they head to the city. They create a life for themselves and on evening they decide to got to a new club to celebrate Paige’s 21st bday. They end up meeting 2 striking men and immediately from bonds with them. Sarah has lost so many people she loves and refuses to fall for Rhys who she fears she could loose also. The story flashes back to Sarah’s childhood at different ages and slowly everything starts to make sense. This is the 3rd book in a series but is also a stand alone.

While there was plenty of spice — and I loved seeing Rhys and Sarah fall head over heels for each other — the emphasis for me was on the emotional impact of Sarah’s past trauma and her eventual revenge against the bad guys.
The flashbacks between Sarah and her brothers had me cracking up and bawling because of their antics and how much they loved each other; reading about everything her brothers did to try and make sure she had a better life was the BEST addition and I’m so glad the author included so much of Sarah’s past because it really paints a clear picture of why she is the way she is in the present.
I am so sad that The Moore Mafia series has come to an end but it ended on such a high note — just be sure to have tissues on standby!

As if anyone is surprised by this: another 5 star read from Kaite and the Moore Mafia.
I've been waiting for Sarah's story since we first met her in Saving Paige, and it did not disappoint. Sarah's sass, dedication and loyalty to her friends, and determination shine in this story. Even though it's frustrating to watch her repeatedly push Rhys away, it fits. Rhys is perfect for her, and the chemistry these two have is *chefs kiss* spicy perfection.
This is the final book in a standalone series, but you are MISSING out if you don't read the first two. The ending had me crying for all the characters you grew to love in this story. it's heartbreaking and healing all in one.

Kaite (Lana) has killed it with this series and I devoured each book. I am obsessed with these stories and how they all tied together. 10/10 and the banter in this one was just perfect!!!
