Book two picked up where right where the first one ended. It’s like a movie featuring a full cast happening on page. I feel like the drama was kicked up a notch and the secrets were coming from everyone. And don’t get me started on the ending. Omggggg! Book 3 me please because Sincere gotta go and idk what Kane and Kalen got going on but I’m stressed!

Excellent but now we need the conclusion!
The brothers have been through so much and now there are 3 different situations that need a quick intervention. What will happen with Dior and Kane, Jenesis and Kelan and the brothers and their mother. The information revealed by Melanie's father, Sincere, it's too much. Come on Alecia, we need the next one real quick. Excellent suspense, drama and plot. Can't wait for the next one!!!

okay sooo whoa!!! I won't lie, the first book was a little nerve wrecking for me. I had so many mixed feelings but lets just say all that has settled and I'm in loveeeeee with this book. Where is my KELAN & KANE???!!! but seriously!!! The way this ending, poor Jenesis. my heart was crying for her, I can't wait for Kelan to get Sincere because atp, he played signed his own death certificate. Oh, and I loveless Dior. She be quick with the comebacks and loyal as ever. I hurried and immediately downloaded part 3 because the way this ended, has me on the edge of the bed and I know I'ma be up all night trying to finish it.

My heart goes out to Kane... He shouldn't have found out that way and he definitely should've heard his mom out. However Kelan said before he reacts and may ask questions later... So need to know the outcome..

THE LAST THREE CHAPTERS!!!
My mind is reeling. I cannot believe I have to wait AGAIN! Alecia you have done it again. Pt II was full I’ve love and hella DRAMA! I love Kane and Dior. I need them to get it together and fast. But gurllllll! Is there still something to get together? Kelan and Jenesis deserve all the good things that will come… but I am praying this next book clears up all my anxiety. That’s it sis, you did it again. I’ll be patiently impatiently waiting for book III

Alecia J you ate and left no crumbs with this one!!!
My mind is literally scrambled right now, there is so much happening all at once and it has me speechless. Jenesis is in a messed up predicament with Sincere and I hate to see what her mental is going to be like in the book 3. It’s the audacity that he has for me you literally dumped this girl has her living in fear for five years then come home from prison and expect her to fall in line ninja please. Sincere has no idea the wrath he is going to face once Kelan finds out what he had done and I am looking forward to his karma. Kelan and Kane are at a crossroads in that cliffhanger and I’m not sure how things are going to turn out in part 2 but I hope their brotherly bond is still intact when it’s all said and done.

Kane is a damn mess. He meant he was going to get Dior attention by any means necessary. Dior is trying to fight her feelings for Kane. Which is understandable because he's still dealing with Bonnie. However Kane don't care. He's smitten with Dior and applying all types of pressure. Helping Dior get her brother back and making sure she didn't have to work for Sanchez anymore to pay off her brother Lance debt. Proved Kane was more than just like Dior. Bonnie and Kane need to just put a end to their relationship. There's trust no love there. Kane is afraid to hurt Bonnie because she's a good woman but Bonnie got secrets too. Bonnie done crept back home to Belize because she still have feelings for her ex and plus she knows Kane have still been seeing Dior. The type of man Kane is. I don't think he's going to take it well when he found out Bonnie trip back home wasn't to see her family. When Bryson was talking about Tiece body odor. I was laughing hard as hell because that fool don't have no filter. I was proud of Bryson for willing to put his hoeish way's behind him once he told Imani how he feels but Bryson need to heal from the trauma his ex caused him. He almost hurt Imani and I'm not mad at her for how she reacted. Melanie need to carry her ass on somewhere. She messed up her relationship with Kalen Now that he ended thing's and moved on with Jenesis. Melanie is in her feelings. She more worried about Kalen than she is their daughter. Melanie have her priorities screwed up. Hell she need to be worried about Sincere finding out who was really behind sending him to prison. I damn near threw up when Melanie father told her the real reason behind him not wanting her to be in a relationship with Sincere. Jenesis finally got her the man she wanted. Kalen is good for her and also his daughter love Jenesis. I was disturbed when Jewelynn walked in on Kalen and Jenesis having sex and stood there watching. I don't know a mother on earth that wants to see their son screwing. Jewelynn was on some weird s**t for that. Jenesis should've been told Kalen that it was rumored Sincere was getting out of prison. Especially knowing he had threatened her the last time she saw him five year's prior. I knew that was Sincere that was sitting outside of her house in that raggedy ass car. Had Jenesis told Kalen about Sincere possible release. Sincere wouldn't have caught her slipping while she had Emmy with her. Sincere is unhinged. There's no telling what else he is going to do to Jenesis. He already violated her. The way this ended. Dior done found out she had two stalker's who happened to be brothers as well as committed a murder, Jenesis is being held and violated by Sincere, and Kane have found out the secret him and Kalen mother Jewelynn have been hiding and it seems he snapped

Ok so boom. Would i say this book is the best thing I’ve ever read? No, but I was thoroughly entertained. I think there was way more drama in this book than there is in the first one—so much more drama that some of the storylines really didn’t need to be included.
I went into this book wanting answers to two questions I had from the first book and assumed this would be the end of the series. It’s not. It ends on a cliffhanger. On one hand, my questions were answered but now I feel like I gotta read the next book because the answers provided were tied to other sh*t happening throughout this book. On the other hand, I don’t really like anyone in this series except for Dior so idk if I care enough to read the next book. (I guess I still kinda like Jenesis but that heffa was messy in this book.)

When I realized I was on the last page I said, Oh Hell Nahhhhhhhh!!!!! Really?
With, Jenesis, Dior, Kane, Kelan, and Bryson.?Bryson had me laughing so hard when he was on the search for the smell I was in here laughing so loud tears were coming out my eyes, it was hilarious. This last part (23 I think)with him, I took it to heart because I truly understood where that was coming from.
I have nothing nice to say about Sincere so I'm going to keep my comments to myself. (🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬) I'm just so mad right now.
All the twists and turns have had me all over the place.
Please, please, please I need book 3. I need my nerves to calm down, you had me on the edge of my seat.

This ending sent my emotions in a tailspin!!!…I truly hope that Kelan shows up to the house looking for his baby and Jenesis!!!…My heart broke for her to experience the trauma he exposed her to believing that she turned on him not knowing it was his daddy that locked him up for his own reasonings!!!…Then to think they are going to be together!!!.I know he just running his mouth!!!…
I was so happy that Dior was on her Ps & Qs to think as fast as she did to protect herself, now what is she going to do with Gavin’s body and who is his brother, I hope not Kane!!!…
Now I need to know who let that banger go in Kane and Kelan’s mother house!!!…
Melanie’s a hot mess and rather than her clearing up messes, she is creating them which is so crazy!!!…

A great continuation from book 1. I really felt bad for Kelan as his mother placed him in a difficult position when it came to Kane and her secrets! Kane's anger was understood, but he took it a bit far. So I don't give away anything further, Jenesis situation was heart breaking, Kelan was strong for Jenesis during her difficulties and it truly revealed what type of man he was. Some of the friendships in this book will leave you shaking your head, while others will have you wishing you had that friend in real life! The family dynamics were well placed! I can't wait for the finale to see how things turn out for everyone!

Kelan is just as loco as Kane when it comes to his woman. I thought he was the sensible one 🤔 Kane needs to go ahead and free Bonnie because Dior owns his heart. Melani is very delusional about Kelan wanting her🤣. Jenesis has him addicted to her baby! Melani's dad and his confession to her 🤯 didn't see that coming. Tiece was not even a friend let alone a best friend to Melani. Those last 2 chapters raise my blood pressure! Where is part 3?! Alecia J does it again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Well I'll be damned! So many things going on one time! Things were going way too smoothly for no shit to go down! Kelan's mama she should have told Kane a long time ago! Now, it cost her tremendously! I really don't know why Kane kept that secret! Even though it wasn't really his place, him and Kane were better than that! Yes, Kane may have acted out when hearing the news but who wouldn't. Bonnie doing her own thing! This another reason why Kane should have let her go.His heart had already left the relationship and worst after dealing with Dior! Sincere done lost his mind! He returned to the streets just to be ended! Melani really ain't about nothing! Everything is literally coming back to bite her in the ass and I don't feel one bit sorry for her! She fumbled the bag with Kelan and she's paying dearly for it! Lordt, LA is HOTTTTTT! Ready for part 3!!!

This was worth the wait
Baby let me tell you Alecia J came out the gates throwing punches grabbing your attention. This book takes you on an emotional roller coaster… pick this up and read it… I will be patiently waiting on the last part because baby this book left me at the top of the roller coaster just before the drop and loops so I know that it’s coming…. But the anticipation is building for the next part.

Rollercoaster of emotions right now
All I can say is that my mouth is in the floor. I can’t believe all the events that have happened and I NEED to know how all of this plays out with everybody. From page one, the foolery began. If unhinged secrets revealed were a book, this would show as the photo 📸. When I say the Masters brothers are something serious, whew...just gives you chills. However, if I could teleport into this book and knock some common sense back into Jenesis, I would because why? Just why? Poor Dior, so smart and stupid at the same time. What a cliffhanger...

So much chaos going on right now. I don't blame Dior for what she did. It was self defense if you ask me. Who he thought he was to just come in and take some shyt. My heart is breaking for Jenesis. I hope Kane and Kelan don't do nothing crazy because I love the bond they share. They just don't know that their women really needs them right now and they're gonna crash out when find out what happened. I feel bad for Bryson, I hope he's able to get himself together. ❣️❣️

Why??? Why did I think that this was a two part series??? I don't usually buy incomplete series....ugh! This was getting too good. The Bonnie and Kane situationship has been dragging. Kane is crazy. Melani is just irresponsible and spoiled, oh and yeah a addict. Miracle is an annoying do gooder. Jenesis,*sigh*. Why didn't we get a trigger warning for her last chapter?? Kelan, Kane, and Jewelynn....wow! Please don't let anyone else be hurt.

Great Book
This book was released on a Friday & had me in a vice grip all weekend. Every chance I got, I was engrossed in these pages. Alecia J. did a great job of bringing these characters to life. Kane is bat ish crazy but it wouldn’t seem right any other way. Overall, this is a great series that I highly recommend. I can’t wait for the next installment.

I rated it a three. Although it’s a lot of plot twists in the story and I will be back for the third book - it was a lot of cringy moments in the book. I was totally cut off guard by the mama watching Kelan and Jenesis - very cringy to read. There were some other parts in the book that I just didn’t understand but it was good to get more in to everyone’s lives.

Alecia never ceases to amaze me with her own game ! Part 2 was definitely worth the wait . There are so many cliffhangers I don’t even know how part 3 will begin !!
