Alaska Rossi aka Janey Smith was just trying to enjoy college life away
from who is really is and her who her father is. Jesse is suppose to be the
person that looks after he students yet Alaska realizes he knows who she
really is. Knowing her real name can only mean her father has sent him to
watch over her. Jesse knows that Alaska needs some time away from
everything and when all the students are gone for Spring break he
arranges for Alaska to win a getaway to Eden. After arriving on Eden she
starts to sense Jesse around and she is living out some of her fantasies.
She finally lures him into one of her fantasies. Jesse thinks because of
where he comes from he can never be good enough for her but he is hooked.
Alaska is asked to join a dance troupe on the island not knowing Jesse has
been offered a security job on the island also. Who says Eden doesn't give
exactly what you need? The passion
is hot between these two. Another fantastic read from the Eden series.

I loved this book couldn't put it down. Alaska Rossi is the daughter of a mob boss, but for her safety she goes by Janey Smith. Alaska's father had sent her to college to study business wich she wasn't happy about, but the up side was their floor's RA Jesse Callaghan. When Spring break arrived Alaska and Jessy were the only one left on their floor, but Alaska couldn't get Jessy to be with her. One morning Alaska listen to the college radio and heard a contest and when she answered the question correctly she won and when she went to pick up her prize the DJ gave her an enveloped that said Invitation to Eden. When she got to the island she couldn't believe how beautiful it was, but at night it seemed like a different place. After a wild night Alaska woke up thinking that what had happened the night before was it real or not. The two men that she had met the night before told her that her wild fantasies always came true, but Alaska couldn't help to feel that Jessy was close to and watching her.

I wasn’t a big fan of the female narrator voices for the male characters. But besides that, I loved this short story! The plot was well put together and I found myself entranced in everything that was happening.

Story: Alaska & Jesse - This was a great, sexy short story. I wanted to know more about the island and the people on it. I still enjoyed it nonetheless.

I read Breaking Free in the Bad Boys of Eden anthology, and I'll admit it's not a book I'd normally choose to read as it falls into the 'new adult' genre and I tend to prefer more mature characters. This probably explains why I didn't enjoy it as much as other people have. There is nothing really wrong with the story or the characters as it is well written, I just couldn't get into it or connect with the characters. The sex in it is amazingly hot though, with lots of steamy scenes that I enjoyed reading.

College student Alaska (AKA Janey) is the daughter of a prominent mob boss and she wishes she could enjoy the parties and fun that most students take for granted. However she is under the watchful gaze of her handsome bodyguard Jesse who tries to keep her out of trouble. He is supposed to be undercover as a dorm assistant, but accidentally lets slip that he knows her real name. They are attracted to each other, but Jessie feels he isn't good enough for her. However when he sees how bored and down she is during a college break, he arranges for her to 'win' a trip to Eden. Eden is a magical island in the Bermuda Triangle where all of your wildest fantasies come true.

This is a fun, lighthearted story that I'm sure many people will enjoy, unfortunately it just wasn't for me. The author does a good job of bringing the island to life though, and Alaska's fantasy scenes are seriously sexy and imaginative. Breaking Free gets three out of five stars from me.

However, she is under constant surveillance by the handsome hottie, Jesse Cavanaugh who is hell bend on spoiling all of their fun.

Jesse is undercover as the dorm assistant so he can watch over his boss’ daughter, Alaska. Jesse knows that he should never have taken this assignment because he is secretly in love with Alaska and he does not feel that he is good enough for her. Nevertheless, he could not stay away.

As a way to break free of her spring break blues, Jesse arranges for Alaska to ‘win’ a trip to Eden – a private island where all of your wildest fantasies come true.

If you are in the mood for a quick fun-loving, mega-hot read that will curl your toes, then Breaking Free is the perfect book to fulfill that need. In just a few short pages, author Cathryn Fox manages to completely draw you into the lives of Jesse and Alaska. From the start, I was cheering for this couple to get together and when they finally do, I was overwhelmed with joy. The sex is lustfully sinful and the island fantasy elements are wickedly naughty. Breaking Free is a great read to lose yourself in just a few short hours.

One day, on the radio, she won an all expenses paid trip to a private island, Eden is an island where all your fantasies come true. When she arrived on Eden, she knew he was there. She could feel him. Will she be able to find him and share her secret desires or will he keep his distance like he does at her college dorm?

This is another wonderful Invitation to Eden story. A great book to lose yourself in for the afternoon. If only Eden were real...

An another amazingly hot book in the Eden series!
She has to hide her true identity to to her father. He works for her father as an undercover body guard and babysitter. Neither can get out from the nasty mans hands. Even though she figures out who he really is she want's him and does anything she can to tempt him. He controls himself tightly but wants to make her dreams become reality. So he sets it up for her to unknowingly go to Eden and all of her dreams even the most impossible one of all becomes true for them both!

This book has it all! HOT, Sexy and Panty dropping good!

I'm not a "New Adult" fan...but somehow Cathryn always makes me like the story. Eden sounds like an awesome place to visit and anytime someone wants to send me there on an all expense paid trip I'm totally in! I love that the heroine's name is Alaska and her family background...more mob stuff please! Jesse is HOT and the fact that he sends Alaska on this trip to play out her wildest fantasies makes him a sweetie and the end is so sweet!

I liked Alaska/Janey she knows what she wants and doesn't give up but I have to say it was sneaky of Jesse her undercover bodyguard/RA to get her to the island and that is were it all hots up the fantasies she has come true and wow! Alaska gets to do what she wants and not have her controlling father breathing down her neck and she get the opportunity to live her dreams.
On the island Alaska is were she has a chance to start her life.

🎧 Audio Review 🎧

I called this book a "porny nugget" when talking to a friend about it and that is truly the only way to describe it. This wasn't a deep book but it had everything I wanted in a short erotica book. It had its sweet moments and it was hot and sexy too. I haven't read anything else in this series but this one made me want to check out the rest of them.

The narration for this book was perfect but that is no surprise because Muffy Newtown is a must buy narrator for me.

I didn't like Alaska, and I didn't feel any real connection between her and Jesse. This was well edited and I am sure many people will enjoy it, but I stopped reading when she had her first public sex scene.
