Sharon's story is, unfortunately, something a lot of women can relate to. She reminds us that there is strength and power in coming together to break our silence, share our stories, and hold each other through the rough times. The ending makes me cry because it feels like she's speaking directly to you and holding your hand. Read this memoir if you appreciate international journeys, different views of spirituality, and exploring different methods of healing.

Sharon is a masterful storyteller. Her love and vulnerability permeate this beautiful, devastating, and inspiring memoir. Te'ora is definitely a must-read.
