Helpful and inspiring. I would say this is a must read for all pastors, regardless of discerning a call to bivocational ministry or not. It is essential because it gives a strong and Biblical perspective on the vision of bivocational ministry. It helps us understand and honor those that do live out a call to bivocational ministry. Also, it’s short and effective to that end. For anyone currently living out the call to bivocational ministy, I sense this would be deeply encouraging. I envision myself recommending this many times in the future.

Helpful nuggets here and there. Can't say I was all that helped in my particular situation which differs from the authors, but there are plenty of important principles here that we all need.
