In no time, you will be skillfully navigating the often unacknowledged traumas we all face, transforming harmful energies into healing ones.
There were some good skills I learned from this book to help myself regulate, but a lot of the book was repetitive. It also felt like the author was not knowledgeable enough about their materials as many explanations were surface level and instead we had many first hand accounts from the author. Overall, I did learn something new but it was a hard read.
