it was okay
I seriously love this series. I found it right before Halle and Kier’s story was published. It was my first introduction to the paranormal romance genre so it really kills me to say that this book just didn’t do it for me. It felt forced, like some of their conversations just felt out of nowhere. Once sentence is talking about something completely normal then the next is a random love declaration. It also felt super rushed. These books aren’t normally long by any means and are typically a fast burn but this one felt like everything happened within 5 minutes. I was really disappointed. Eve, please make the next one just a little longer. The story lines are normally great but this one felt like it was just published to put something new out.

Enjoyable
A wonderful way to revisit some of my favorite characters and intriguing world is another great story to add to the series. I became immersed in this book by the immediate connection I had with the characters - the emotionally engaging scenes made it impossible to put this book down. I loved it and cannot wait to read the next book in the series.

enduring and lovable
Eve once again writes an amazing story that you can not put down. I stayed up way too late because I couldn’t stop reading. Fisher and Averie are a perfect match and fit right in with the Bradshaws.

this whole series is awesome
I love this series and love that the originals from story 1 & 2 make appearances especially the cold blooded alpha and his salty ways
