I was waiting for what felt like a lifetime for this instalment of Casino King Series and it didn’t disappoint, I couldn’t put it down.
The chemistry between Frankie and Dante was sensational for the first time they met.
This storyline involves human trafficking, mafia family wars, secrets, lies, betrayal and so much more I strongly recommend you give this series a try you won’t regret it.
If you enjoy Mafia romance with a lot of spice and drama this is for you

As per the previous three books, this one is a thoroughly enjoyable read from page to page, one chapter to the next - at times you are metaphorical “on the edge of your chair” wondering what will happen next. Part of the Casino King series each can be read as a standalone hang on on and you might want to make sure to double check that you are buckled up, dangerous men, alpha’s personified possessive, oh so gorgeous, brooding all three makings of a story consisting with the three D’s (dark, delicious, and dirty) 😊. There will be suspense, darkness, secrets revealed, hope, forgiveness, and maybe even love somewhere along the way! Frankie is sweet when she want or needs to be but she has learned from a very controlling not so nice father in fact down right evil father who rules everything /everyone with an iron fist literally to get away from it all she plays blackjack not for gambling but for the escape where she can be herself but counting cards is her thing knowing getting caught would be a death sentence for her with her father despite knowing this but it makes her feel something so she continues and when it time to attend the party she meets a masked stranger that turns her world upside down but he is everything that could every dream of especially when her father controlled everything except her thoughts, her dreams. Dante sexy as all get out owner of the casino but so much more underground but there are issues with his shipments getting to the bottom is his goal and yet he can’t get the one night of passion out of his mind with his girl. Fast forward he is the kingpin and she lives in the shadows with a secret that will continue to get older but how will he feel about a child, what will her father do about a child, he doesn’t take her freedom to well, will Dante find his sister will he get the closure or find her alive, and where are they headed will she find peace, happiness?

This was an entertaining read and I didn't know just where it would take me! The two of them have great chemistry and when the second meet comes it just goes to show that they are meant for one another. They have a complicated relationship and yet still are drawn to one another despite danger and the life they have.
In fact she has a mafia life as well as he will find out. He will find out just who she is and what she had hidden from him and whose daughter she was.
I do so wish that the finding out part was a little more dramatic in a way. I also feel that because I would have liked the reveal sooner. Dangerous man or not which she had no clue about at first anyway, you have his child and yet don't say a word. And for so long? He didn't do anything to her and deserved to know. I liked her but that just isn't right and as much as her father is a danger all the more to say something to this man. And it turns out he protected her better than her on her own. That says something, what a shame she hid something so important. He is apparently wonderful because he didn't even get upset! At least this little family is finally together and happy. And the surprise at the end! That was a wonderful gift! A lovely family.

The masquerade charity ball at the casino is where Dante and Francesca meet for the first time. Everyone in attendance wears a mask to be anonymous. Dante and Francesca are taken with each other, they feel the strong attraction. The time spent together is intense. Francesca's ( Frankie ) father Antonio Musetti has controlled her all of her life. Frankie decides, because of the situation she needs to leave town secretly. Even though changes happen in their lives, they still think of each other often. This story is so captivating and the characters are wonderful and well-written. There is suspense, danger, secrets, excitement, passion, and steam.

This was an amazing book to read I absolutely couldn't put the book down, the story was written well and the characters were sensational. This story was about Dante Russo, and Francesca (Frankie), Frankie went to a masquerade party that was held at one of the Casino's and then she left to live away from the Mafia. Dante, has been looking for his sister that went missing and he thinks she was sold in the human trafficking. Dante needs to protect his son and his sons mother until her father has been taken care of. The chemistry between them was electrified, Mafia war, struggles, strength, strong female, betrayal, secrets, lies, passion, lust, and so much more and love.

UNSPOKEN OBSESSION is the second chance story of Dante and Frankie. I couldn't get enough of Dante and Frankie's second chance at love, I found this book to be filled with passion and high-stakes drama. The chemistry between Dante and Frankie is full of passion and overall electrifying. Author Kya Lane continues to write entertaining and enjoyable mafia romance stories that captures the reader's attention right at the beginning of the book and holds it all the way through the story. UNSPOKEN OBSESSION is definitely a book that I would give as a recommendation for anyone who enjoys reading mafia romance stories.

Dante is a mafia boss. He owns a few casinos. One night he held a masked casino ball. He met a beautiful woman in a golden slinky dress. They fell for on another and had sex. Frankie’s father was a mafia boss but a bad one. She and Dante never told each other who they were. Frankie had to get away from her father, she found out she was pregnant. She moved to Canada and had her son. Three years went by and her father found her. She needed to move back to Vegas or he would take her son. There are so many avenues of adventures that you need to read. You won’t be disappointed.

This book had it all. Mafia princess, Frankie, trying to get away from her father’s lifestyle. Then you have the sexy casino owner, Dante, who’s trying to figure out what’s going on with his shipments and to find his sister. The two meet at a masquerade ball and had such a spicy night that neither one can forget. Secrets being hidden and a world to uncover. You have to love the chemistry between the two. I enjoyed this book. Didn’t realize it was in a series that I will be reading.

OMG 😱 this was an steamy page turner and the suspense was undeniable and intense. I was on the edge of my seat and I couldn’t even put it down. Mafia drama is the best drama and emotion. Dante and Francesca chemistry was sexual tension and the physical intimacy was sensation of forbidden romance. He was intrigued with her in this moment of passion and romance in this spicy action packed of emotions in this mafia world.

This is Book 4 in the Casino King Series by this author, and can be read as a standalone. It is a second chance romance between Frankie and Dante, who had a one night stand four years ago. These flawed but likeable characters and the unique plot make for an intriguing read. Once they reconnect, it is a bumpy ride with drama and steam, sexual tension and chemistry, family dynamic, twists and turns, plus appealing secondary characters to keep the reader interested. An emotional page turner.

Dante and Frankie. They meet one night. They spend one night together. They part ways, no names no addresses. She escapes her fathers evil possessiveiness but he finds her fours years late with her secret in tow. She meets her one night stand again and her father uses her son to blackmail her so to protect her son she has to confide in Dante. This story is suspensful, intriguing, danger, entertaining and intriguing. Loved it.

Not good
It read like it was written by a teenager. There's no imagination or structure. The book jumps years in one chapter. It was also unbelievable in a sense that the mafia princess who was supposedly locked up was not pure. And what was the point of depriving the father of his son even after reconnecting. It made no sense and it reminded me as to why I don't bother with secret child romances because there's never a reason to keep a child from their father unless the child's life or welfare is at stake.

Dante, that wannabe mafia maestro, proved about as intimidating as a kitten trying to play detective - if he couldn't track down basic information about a woman, his "powerful" reputation was nothing more than a tissue-thin facade. The narrative? Let's just say it had more potential than a startup's first pitch deck, but fell flatter than day-old soda.

Each book I read by Kya Lane has me saying that it is my favorite. But this book, Unspoken Obsession, is it! I loved how the storyline was developed. Frankie and Dante were perfect for each other. There was a great balance of drama and spice. I just can’t say enough good things about this book. It was absolutely amazing!.

Unspoken Obsession by Kya Lane was a wonderful romantic sit on the edge of your seat with excitement book. I had never read anything by Kya Lane but I saw the cover and read the blurb and I knew I had to read this book. I am so glad I did wow what a great book! I want to tell you all my favorite parts of this book. But I hate spoilers so I will just say buy this book you won’t be sorry!

Rank grew up having no control or no say about anything regard ever life. Her life was not her own. Dante was very successful, but unhappy. He had been looking for his sister for many years, with no success. Dani and Dante met at one of his parties. No names and a one nite interaction, but turned out to be the best nite she ever had. Not long both of their lives were never the same.
Good love story.

LOVED IT
This book as you on the edge of excitement. I had never read anything by Kya Lane but I saw the cover and read the blurb and I knew I had to read this book. Who does like a surprise pregency!! I am so glad I picked up this book I hate spoilers so I will just say this is must read and you won't be sorry!! ❤️
This book as you on the edge of excitement. I had never read anything by Kya Lane but I saw the cover and read the blurb and I knew I had to read this book. Who does like a surprise pregency!! I am so glad I picked up this book I hate spoilers so I will just say this is must read and you won't be sorry!! ❤️
