River Graves is a twenty something year old author who prefers the darker side of writing, where the lines of darkness are blurred. When she's not at her keyboard, you can find her reading a book, jamming to 70's & 80's rock or binge-watching on Netflix.
It has promise, but falls a little short for me. It's a super short read, only 41 pages.
Tate(virginity unknown, age unknown) is being blackmailed after she sent nude pics to the wrong person. Her twin step-brothers, Bennett(age unknown) and Kade(age unknown), are very controlling and there's an underlying sexual tension between them. When they find out about the blackmail, they take action. After the stalker is "permanently removed", they take her for the first time on top of the grave.
The dialogue at the beginning was ok, it was just the sex that wasn't executed well. The acts were discussed in a very clinical way without any passion or feelings to them. .
Kade grabs my right breast in his hand and brushes his thumb over my nipple, before lowering his mouth. His tongue flicks over my nipple sending tingling sensations straight to my pussy. His teeth clamp around my nipple while Bennett slides his arm across my abdomen.
They're just statements.
Something like "Kade takes my right breast in his dirt coated hand, brushing his thumb over my hardened nipple, sending tiny pulses through my body. I feel his warm breath tickle my skin as he lowers his head, sucking my tender peak into his eager mouth" would have given more depth to what was happening.
Also, there was no emotion between the three of them, other than saying, "you're ours". No confessions of feelings or love. No desire.
I was sad it's such a short read but I really enjoyed it. it's soo good and gorey. I'm glad they went straight right into the story and ended it with a bam -It's sooo hot! lol if you know what I mean. I didn't want it to end. 😅😮💨😉
This was a quick, enjoyable erø+ic thriller novella! Once I learned that there were twin stepbrothers that are very protective of their stepsister in a graveyard, count me in. 👀
