On their way back home, after being in the city for a few days, Evie and her father James are involved in an incident. Her father calls his best friend who runs a security firm with 3 other wolf shifters asking for help.
Mark informs his team; Sam, Harlan and William of the attack and they go directly to James's aid. Mark hasn't seen Evie in a decade, since she was a teen and is shocked when he realises this beauty standing in front of him is Evie. It's not only him, the other 3 men and their wolves are taken with her immediately as well. Attraction simmers around all 4 of them. Mark is trying to deny his feelings because it's his best friend's daughter, someone he has watched grow since she was a baby.
The men are hunting down the persons responsible for the attack, they need to find them, as these people are not going to back off. But can the men stay away from Evie, keeping their mind in the game or is she too much of a distraction for them?
A quick romance following the feelings of the 4 and how each one deals with them. Sometimes trying to do the right thing can turn out to be the wrong thing, causing more pent up frustration than clarity.

A shifter/fated mates romance that has wolves, bears, reverse harem with age gap and dad’s best friend and action packed / danger….what more could a reader ask for
Evie and her father James are trying to live their best life on the mountain and Evie is trying to open a health clinic for the community since she has some of her dad’s healing abilities. They took a break out of town and were followed back home by shifter hunters. Barely escaping with their lives but trying desperately not to lead the hunters back to their safe haven, James calls in his best friend Mark who started a security firm with some ex-Special Force buddies who became his pack. Mark hasn’t seen Evie since she was a preteen and is absolutely blown away at what a knockout she has become and he is instantly attached but his wolf wants her as well as the other guys (Sam, Harlan & William) in his pack. First they have to protect Evie and her dad before navigating the relationship waters but Evie feels just as strongly for these 4 men in a way that she never has before. You have to read the book to find out what happens next - - This story was a quick but great read and I highly recommend!

When Evie and her father are ambushed and attacked on their way home by shifter hunters, her father knows he has to contact the one person he can rely on, his best friend Mark and his pack. When they meet up Mark discovers a problem, he and his pack are attracted to Evie, but he worries about what it will do to his friendship with James. Determined not to let anything get on the way of protecting James and Evie, he stops everyone from making moves on Evie, including himself. With everything going on around her, Evie desperately needs comfort, but tensions are ratcheted up a notch when the hunters make their way to the clinic. Desperate and in need of comfort, someone will have to give in first to help Evie before she breaks. A fast moving, action-packed story that will leave you on the edge of your seat as you read it. Full of drama, heat and steam, this short story certainly packs a punch. This is a new author to me and I wish I could give more than five stars. I can't wait to read more by Laura.

Her dad, James, calls his best friend, Mark, for help. Evie is a strong and smart girl who wants to open a clinic. Evie has always had a crush on Mark. He is a hunky ex special forces man. When he shows up with three other ex military pack hunks, Sam, Michael, and William, their wolves all want Evie. Mark tries to hold himself and the rest of his pack off from claiming her, but the attraction is too strong. What will her dad say? OMG, the chemistry was hot🔥 and the ending was happy after some drama. I loved it.

I love fated mates! Though for this one it begins as kinda slow burn, it’s still a good read because who doesn’t enjoy forbidden romance?

Fmc ends up seeing the male lead and his pack after several years, with them protecting her father and her, after they were attacked. Mark has a hard time looking at her cause he feels instantly attracted to her. So for at least half the book it’s mostly just small interactions, which I wish talked more on the instant connection, it didn’t even mention if they were mates or anything when they met. Nor did they really talk.

James Evie’s father enlist the help of 4 ex Special Forces shifters to protect and keep Evie save. Evie has a crushed-on Mark her father’s best Mark who is the alpha. Sam who is the beta, Michael who is a tech expert and William who is an expert in explosive they are a part of Mark’s pack. The thing is all four shifters are attracted to Evie and she is attracted to them. Great shifter romance and there are 4 hot shifters.

A quick read and very good. The characters interact well with each other. The female lead character is the glue that hold these men together. This is something that they were not expecting it and it hit them right between their eyes and heart.
When her and her father are attacked by hunters and her father is hurt. Her father calls his old friend for help. When the group meet his old friends daughter, they are all gobsmacked in the face.
Together they take care of the problem and soon they have a new Luna for their pack.

Evie and her father, are been hunted by some shifter hunters, luckily her father's buddy (Mark) has a pack and is willing to help them. It's going to get complicated, because once Mark sees Evie all grown up, then he can't help but be drawn to her. The others in Mark's pack are feeling the attraction too. Can they keep her safe and win her over? I enjoyed this steamy group, the danger of their story, and the caring and teasing relationship.

The book I’m reviewing for you today is Fated Mates for my Best Friend's Daughter, expertly written by Laura Wylde. I rather enjoyed reading this story. The characters were well written in just enough detail to each of their personalities. Evie was a strong character for the female lead. She was not a weak in mind or hearted individual. With her four men as her protectors they will go on to do great things.

This Paranormal Reverse Harem has an entertaining romance story, a well-constructed world, and intriguing characters. These characters have strong personalities intertwined histories, and believable interactions. This amazing story has the following: a female wolf targeted by Hunters, Ex-Special Forces Wolf shifters, Age-Gap/Dad's Best Friend trope, danger to her and her father, fated mates, suspense, trust, connection and love.

In no way did I get fated mate Vibes during this book. Was Mark, William, Sam and Harlan all attracted to Evie? Yes they were but that's the case in romance novels that doesn't make them fated mates. I thought the premises for the story was good but it fell short. With her does he like me does he not like me felt really childish and uncalled for in a life or death situation.

The age-gap isn't made super obvious but it is there. The idea of shifters is once again a fight for survival. Humans really don't like what they can't comprehend and this story is good at showing the damage a few religious fanatics can do. Peace isn't easy but love is worth fighting for. The female lead isn't shown as weak and the reverse harem sounds like fun with the steamy sex scenes.

This was another great RH shifter romance from Laura Wylde.
Loved the characters, and how each man was determined to put Evie's safety first. Evie herself was no damsel in distress. She could definitely hold her own.

Hunters are after Evie and her father so he brings in some wolf shifter protectors, who are also friends of his. She feels an attraction to all four of the wolves but it is complicated. They finally get their HEA. I would have given a 5 star but for the many typos, grammatical errors, and I feel it needs to be edited more.

It is such a pleasure reading from this author. Now this one is about a girl and her dad who are in an accident. Her dad calls his best friend for help. He comes but with 3 other guys and they realize that the beauty they see is their match. However it is the father and now they need to figure things out.

Another great read from this author. This is a slow burn, paranormal reverse harem romance story. The characters fit well together and have great chemistry. The story flows well, and it will keep you interested till the end.

This a a nice story with some action, tension, humour and steam. I felt the pacing was a bit slow at times but I liked how strong Evie was and the camaraderie between the guys.

Dad's best friend, age gap, fated mated are all in this shifter reverse harem romance. Evie, Mark, Sam, Michael and William have so much chemistry and tension between them. It is a page turning read with Evie and her guy try to navigate their new relationship. I really liked this group's dynamics.
