Johnny has gotten his own holiday hallmark spin-off add in a bit of stalking horror and spice and you got the perfect Christmas recipe in my opinion. This book filled my Johnny need and it was just everything. So happy holidays everybody 🔥❄️

This would've gotten four stars if it wasn't for the alley scene, I can't get over that, and like many people already said, it was so unnecessary and didn't add anything. But I'm glad Johnny got his own story, it was just as unhinged as he is.

johnny MY MANNNN 💋 this man was obsessed the moment he saw alaska at the ice skating rink. he just knew he had to have her. he was patient in waiting for the right time to strike !! like who doesn’t love when he jizz into a little locket and gifts it to you as a necklace ?! i suddenly want one 🤪 johnny always looked after alaska. he knows what she enjoys, what she wants, what she admires. the turn of control at the end had my legs TREMBLINGGG !! ugh i love him so much. i’m so happy he got a book 🥹

alaska my sweet girl 😊 she felt her relationship with her current boyfriend, mark, suddenly took a deep turn the wrong way. she doesn’t feel anything for him anymore. mark doesn’t even give her the time of day. he’s always so dismissive toward her and she always felt like there was something she’s missing. she always knew something was going on with him but she wanted to try to fix it. when she found out … oh my god i just wanted to slap mark SILLY 😡 but that guy got what he deserved. johnny doesn’t play when it comes to his little snowflake and he showed out !!! i love how alaska’s dark side was brought out. she deserves so much love 🖤

Nova creates such messed up situations with the most dazzling characters you just can’t help but love in all their horrific glory. It’s a real snow down, when there’s a Santa clown 🤪

Loved it, it’s a fast paced Christmas novella. Our FMC Alaska booked a trip away with her cheating boyfriend (she doesn’t know at that point). She senses someone is watching her, and sees shadows in her peripheral.

Meanwhile, our MMC Johnny, is creating a stir with his clown mask and Santa outfit, by stir I mean deleting ppl 🤣 It all comes to a head, with Alaska’s boyfriend and Johnny makes her a couple of lovely Christmas gifts…

It’s a real quick Christmas read with all the stuff dark readers could wish for 🤭🪓🩸

I had such high expectations for him from Cirque du desir I mean he was so crazy unhinged in it (it’s my own fault for those expectations)
But I still liked him he was still crazy
But it was fun and I loved how obsessed Johnny was with Alaska
Also I would never see an icicle the same again also the locket it was wild af lol

Okay, well Mark was a dick. Wow I have to say Nova Kane I really do like the softer side of Johnny!!!! Yes he was abit more chill and tamed in Slay All The Way but I loved seeing a different side of him. We all know how unhinged and crazy he can be but this Santa Johnny has a soft spot now and his eyes & heart are set on Alaska ❤️ I can't wait to see him reunite with the whole gang and bring Alaska into his world!

Thought I’d read this as a holiday read and wow was I disappointed. Only reason it wasn’t a DNF was because it was so small.

It was so unbelievable and I feel like it tried too hard to be “shocking”. The alley scene wasn’t even necessary and who wouldn’t report a Santa in a creepy clown mask.

Then he turned her boyfriend she apparently loved into a chopped up human snowman and she didn’t even care. The MMC then has a flash back to his parents wanting to keep up appearances and for him to win a snowman contest. Obviously that would make someone murder for fun and chop up someone.

Also when he’s “watching her” she says that she unpacks the candles she packed. Who the f packs candles?!?!?!

Of course after she finally meets him face to face after he turned her ex in a corpse snowman, why wouldn’t she be turned on. Then afterwards he makes her a bath like it’s a hallmark movie and adds vanilla to it, she’s all “you remembered”. I just couldn’t handle it.

The plot didn’t make sense. The attraction was unbelievable and rushed. I can’t believe I wasted over an hour on this.

This was a miss for me. From the writing to the plot to the characters, nothing worked. I enjoy dark romance, but I draw the line at SA. The alley scene felt not only unnecessary but also incredibly uncomfortable to read.
As for Alaska and Johnny, they’re not a match made in heaven—they’re a match made in hell, and not in a way that makes you root for them. He practically kidnapped her and assaulted her. If I couldn’t forgive what happened in the alley with that man, there’s no way I can forgive this.
I totally get that this is a novella, but I’ve read shorter stories that still manage to flesh out the characters. Here, we never really got to know them, which made it impossible to care about their story.
If you’re considering picking this up, I’d recommend saving your time and choosing a different Christmas read—I wish I had.

anyways, johnny eyes her at a ice skating rink and when he finds out how her bf treats her he patiently waits for the right moment to strike

i loved johnny more in cirque du désir, he was a lot more manic there, the things he’s done is still branded on my mind till this day !!

another unhinged blood soaked banger by nova, this is perfect to cleanse your soul during the christmassy holidays

main scenes that slayed for me is alaska masturbating using an icicle & them burning down the cabin at the end because that gave me major nostalgia when burning down the circus in cirque du désir, slayyyy

You know how sometimes you finish a book and you ask yourself what you just read but then you also question yourself because you liked it... yeah that's this book.

This is my first Nova Kane book and let's just put it this way, it would be my last! Our MMC is Santa Johnny. Yes, he is a serial unaliver psychopath who walks around in a Santa suit and a clown mask. Oh he also lurks in the shadows stalking our FMC Alaska and guess what? She loves it. And why wouldn't she. She is currently in a relationship with a man who is cheating on her, so the attention she receives from her shadow is thrilling. And how romantic is it that Santa Johnny turns her boyfriend into a fun and festive snowman 👀 haha like I said, this one is questionable but I thoroughly enjoyed my time reading it.

I also want to mention that this one includes the inappropriate use of an icicle. Not only do I have questions but I also fear I will never look at an icicle the same way. And for that I can thank Nova Kane.

PLEASE for the love of god, check your triggers before reading this one because there are a lot of questionable things that happen in this one but if you can stomach that ho ho ho Santa Johnny is lurking in the shadows waiting for you!

i ate this up! i read it in a few hours. it was short and spicy. the perfect book to get you in the mood for christmas 🎄 but not gonna lie, going into this book i was scared 🤣 johnny is scary okay?! like i love him but he is an absolute menace in the cirque du desir series. I've never expected to see the softer side of Johnny! What a treat that was!

If you are familiar with Cirque Du Désir Series, then you know, Johnny. And if you know Johnny, you don't want to miss this story. I've said it before, he is one of my favourite psychopathic and unhinged book boyfriend's how could I not see him getting a girl 😈

I'll keep keet it simple.
This is a dark erotic story with a graphic description of mürder in typical Nova's style. Johnny isn't morally grey he is full-on darkness. Man on the mission with an eye set on his prize, his "little snowflake," waiting for a perfect moment to get what belongs to him. Alaska didn't have a chance, but did she really even consider not give into Johnny's madness...
What was a huge surprise for me here is the side of Johnny I didn't know existed. The sweet and caring moments were unexpected yet fit perfectly. Don't get me wrong, it was still crazy and bloody, but you wouldn't have our kil·ler clown any other way.

This is a perfect dirty Christmas read. If you like a bit of darkness and chaos this upcoming holiday season, then grab yourself a copy 🤡

I’m a hoe-hoe-hoe for Johnny Claus. Nova has done it YET again. This little holiday short is a bloody hot mess, in the best way possible.

What I like best is that Johnny finally found his person, and I can’t wait to see what happens next. I think what I like most about all the MMCs Nova has written is that they see their women for what they are worth, and show them exactly how desirable they are despite the flaws that they see in themselves.

If you’re looking for a quick holiday read, that has some stabby happy moments, st@lking, and interesting use of an ornament necklace that’s filled with spice and a MMC that gives off major touch her and 💀 vibes along with 🔥 the world for her vibes, then this is for you.
