Excellent Resource to Help Reach Goals

This is an excellent book that breaks down every aspect of our thinking and patterns to help develop and reach goals and improve our quality of life. I enjoyed the part of the book that discussed experience-based neuroplasticity, being able to retrain our brains to eliminate bad habits and replace them with good ones. I like the fact that every chapter has very simple exercises that you can do to develop the skill that is being highlighted.
