About

I'm Amanda Kay, a married mother of two. I have a degree in Multimedia Journalism with a minor in Political Science. Writing has always been a way for me to release the stress of everyday life. After a while I decided I wanted to share my stories, but I wanted them to be affordable for all so after some careful consideration I decided that my E-books would always be just $0.99 cents (USD).

Mission

My mission is to hopefully give readers a voice. As a teacher and mother of two I see the struggles teenagers and young adults face every day and I hope my stories can be something they can get lost in, but also find hope in.

Vision

My vision is to inspire every day. Not only through my writing, but also in how I carry myself and interact with people on a daily basis whether in person or online.

Amanda Kay continues to surprise me with her writing . Another book that hooked me from beginning to end.

At first I wasn't sure about Gina as I was expecting the story to be about Lucy and Noah but she was laying excellent ground work for Lucy and Noah's adventures further in the book.

Thankful no cliffhanger with this book but its set up for the next adventure of Lucy and Noah. I for one can't wait to read

I loved this story, it sucked me in and I couldn't stop. I loved the fact that it is two stories that are complete with no cliffhanger. The reason I gave it 3 stars was the editing. The misspelled words and sentences that made no sense really started to bother me by the end. I almost stopped reading the book because of it. I even asked for advice because I didn't know how to approach the matter. Ms. Kay, your stories and characters are great, thank you.

Amanda kay has given us yet another amazing paranormal read. Finding Salem is broken down into two parts.

We first have Gina's story. She is a professor/ex ghost hunter but one called changes everything. She wasn't read to give up ghost hunting a few years back it was still very much apart off her well she gets one frantic call and on the hunt she goes. The story only get better as the truth is uncovered about the reasons she was asked to take the case. Sit tight folks because what you will learn is one beck of a shocker!

Then we have Lucy & Noah and let me just say sweet. Ok down to it so we meet Lucy in Gina's part she is the student who helps solve some of the mysteries. Well what she didn't know is that she will soon be going on her own hunt and Noah who has loved her is not about to let her come into harms way. Of to where the Salem.witch trials took place to solve the mystery that have been plaguing her dreams and now her reality. But the plot thickens when we solve this one piece of a much larger puzzle.

I have said to much and I don't want to spoil it for you. I have read many paranormal reads but this is a first in which I read about a hunter and loved ever moment of this book. Go hit the one click you won't regret it!!!!

This is actually two stories in one. The first, and main part of the book, is about Gina McCann and her quest to help an older couple terrorized by their new southern plantation home. When the couple starts asking around town, about the strange occurrences in their new house, the towns people turn rude and clam up. The couple get Gina's name from her old mentor, Dr. Hopper, and she is on the first plane to Alabama. What she finds is terrifying. The most terrifying part? She and her family are deeply connected to the house. In trying to research the house's history, Gina calls upon her paranormal studies students to help research the home. This is where Lucy St. Claire comes in. The second, and shorter story, is about Lucy St. Claire and her draw to the Salem Witch Trials. The burning of Helen St. Clair in particular. The story ends with the promise of more to come. The stories capture the readers imagination and are a good, "horror" story.

Finding Salem is a great book about ghost hunting. It will suck you in and not release you until you have finished it. Then you are going to sit there and wonder why on earth Amanda didn’t keep writing because you were not ready to close the book.
That is true with all of Amanda Kay’s books though. Thankfully she doesn’t make you wait forever for the next book in the series!
This as well as all of her books are worth reading. You will not be disappointed with any of her books.

Amazing story! I am such a fan-girl of Amanda Kay! I have read most of her work so far and every book I read is wonderful in its own way.
This book is even better because it's two stories in one--we get the 'prequel' info on Lucy StClaire and her involvement with her professor who's ghost hunting footsteps she's following in.
I can't wait to read the next installment to find out the other tasks that Lucy & Noah must complete to earn their Happily Ever After...

This is essentially two smaller stories in one. It starts with Gina's story, which is essentially a back story to get you ready and to know the characters before the rest of the book. Hauntingly realistic ghosts and story lines. This was a great book.
